His gaze was fixed on the steam raising up from the hot liquid in his cup, evidently embarrassed by his own confession.
" So... Does that mean... And I'm sorry if I sound intrusive but... Had you kissed someone before yesterday when I kissed you ? "
" Uh... " His cheeks began reddening in no time while Izuku seemed as if he wanted to disappear.
" It doesn't matter... I just want to know if I can get happy because I was your first kiss or not. " In an attempt to lighten the mood, (y/n) gave him a gentle nudge with her elbow, leaning closer until her chin rested on his shoulder, staring up at his flustered mess of an expression.
A nod was his coy response, still staring at his cup since meeting her gaze right now would be a bit too much for him to handle.
" And can I... " Her body leaned closer to his, lips brushing over the shell of his ear as she uttered in a mere whisper. " ...be your first girlfriend too ? " Her actions added to her abrupt proposal made him perk up, eyes wide as plates as he turned his head enough to make eye contact.
" M--my girlfriend ? "
A gentle touch to his wrist with her fingertips was enough to infuse a bit of her quirk on him. " I'm doing it. " Because she almost forgot to let him know she was using it. " And yes, only if you want to. " A little shrug rose her shoulders, leaning away as if to give him some space to think.
" Of course I do ! I mean... I wanted to ask you first but... I'm--- I'm glad you asked. " In spite of looking tense and flustered, he couldn't look any more adorable than at that moment with the sweet smile tugging at the corner of his lips while his brows dropped at the far ends in such a lovely expression.
" God, you're so adorable. I want to eat you up. "
" Huh ? " His confusion upon her sentence just made her burst into laughter.
" Like this. " Leaning forward once more, she got close enough to his cheek giving it the tiniest little bite, barely making contact with her teeth on the flesh just to make a point, just to press a firm smooch in that same spot thereafter.
His cheek was definitely burning hot when her lips crashed on it.
