Barbatos Birthday Wishes [lemon]

I sat down, waking up to the smell of tea in my nose. "Mm," I hummed. "It smells nice, Barbatos." I had been staying with Diavolo for a little when one of the days I overheard mentions of Barbatos. Apparently, his birthday was coming up, seemingly today.

"Barbatos, did you not tell me about your birthday?" I laughed. "Ah," he nodded. "I suppose there wasn't any need for me to bring it up?" I shook my head. "I'm your friend, aren't I?" I ask. "I want to celebrate it with you, and have a nice day all for you."

He shakes his head. "Well a celebration might be too sudden. Your wishes might be nice but I'm not sure-" I interrupt him. "We don't hang out a lot, do we? For your birthday we should be spending the day together and doing what you want to do instead."

He looks down. "I don't know if I'll have the time to do what I want, my lord is still in town and I don't want to disappoint him." I nod. "Diavolo will be fine, I'll even ask him in advance but, he was the one who spoke about your birthday! I'm sure he wouldn't mind." I say.

"Well, if he's okay with it, then I wouldn't mind spending some time with you." He let out a reassuring smile as i pulled out my D.D.D to text Diavolo. I tell him that I must "borrow" his butler for the day and he accepts without question.

I guess he knew what I was up to, the thought bringing me to a smile as Barbatos watched. "Well?" he asks. "He says he approves, cmon." I say, getting up as i grab his hand. "Wait where are we going? What about your tea, are you not thirsty?"

"Shutup it doesn't matter," I say. He was a bit flustered at my dismissal and looked away as we walked. "You're taking me to your guest room?" he asks as I open my door. "Maybe we could just talk first, if you're up to that that is."

He nods. "It's fine with me I don't mind talking with you anytime." He smiled as we walk in and I motion him to the bed. I sit next to him as he scoots away, uncomfortable by the silence. "Is something wrong, Barbatos?" I ask, resulting in a vigorous head shake.

"It's nothing I'm just trying to find the right words.." he says, lost in thought. "You don't need to," i say, petting his shoulder. "Just say what's on your mind, it's only us now." He nods, somewhat embarrassed by my words or action.

"Well I appreciate you trying to celebrate my birthday but I don't know if us sitting here is just.. it." I tilt my head. "Well is there anything in particular you DO want to do?" I ask him. He looks away for a moment as he thinks. "Not from the top of my head.." he said.

"That's fine," I smile as I rest my chin on his shoulder. He jumps up as I tell him to calm down. "It's okay Barbatos," I sneak my arms around them. "You're not used to people touching you, are you?" He shakes his head. I laugh at his flustered face.

"It's funny to me," I say. "Cause you're always the one teasing me!" He smiles. "You think I'm a tease?" he laughed lightly. I turn my head. "Sometimes you are," I tell him. "I'm not," he says. "I think you're just easily flustered." He laughs, oddly confident now.

I guess the idea of him being alone is only just now starting to kick in but I guess I'll play along. "How so?" I ask him. "Well I mean that look on your face right now is pretty much giving it away now ISNT it?" He pulls my chin up with his finger.

I look into his eyes as they gaze at me back, causing me to grow somewhat embarrassed as I fall back on the bed. "Look at you.." he says. "Can't even sit up you're so embarrassed, aren't you." I let out a nod as I turn my head away from his gaze.

"Hey," he says. "I never said you could stop looking at me." I look back at him as he smiles. "How about we do a little birthday game?" I tilt my head back. I can't tell if he's really horny right now or just in the mood to tease but either way I went with it.
