Girl Meets School

Jess' POV
I decide to make a big entrance. So a slam open the back door to the class and say, "HELLO! YOUR NOW STUCK WITH ME, now most important things first, nicknames, Huckleberry (Lucas) Lioness, (Maya) Rainbow, (Riley) Megamind, (Farkle) and lastly... SHEEPHEAD! (Cory)" with that I look around with a smirk knowing I stunned them all. I walk up to Sheephead give him my transfer slip and sit down next to Lioness. "Continue" I say.

"I like her!" Says the blonde girl. "O-ok so as I was saying today's assign-" Sheephead notices that his daughter was still staring at Lucas and turns her head, "so I'd like you guys to open your page to page 48, now I'd like you to turn to page 1. Now I'd like you to read from page 1 to 48," most of the class groans except for Jess, Farkle and Lucas. "Aww to bad on you" and he waves his hand at the class. "So for tonight's assignment I'd like you to write me a 3 page essay on anything, anything at all, that you guys believe in so strongly. You'd fight for it!" "That!" The Blonde says, "I'd fight for no homework. We come here all day, why can't you teach me everything I need to know while I'm here?" "Woo! Not woo," I look between the two best friends. "He gets our days, let's take back our nights! No homework more freedom! Who's with me? No homework more freedom," she starts chanting.

"This is it kid, you wanna be like me. Stand up!" The brunette stands up. Me, Huckleberry and Megamind are the only ones not chanting whilst Riley seems to have some sort of important discussion with her father. I decide to catch lionesses attention so I can interrogate her. "Lioness, cmere!" She walks over to me. "So fill me in," "so I'm Maya the rebellious and cool one," I nod along, "that's my best friend Riley, she's a complete ray of sunshine, opposite of me but is still trying to be like me. Then there's Farkle," she points behind her desk to see Farkle watching intently at the conversation between Riley and her father (ok I know she already seems to know about the teacher father stuff but whatever) "he is a super genius and loves both me and Riley equally" I look at her quizzically. "And then there's Lucas, I like your nickname though, huckleberry it seems to suit him, he's new here like walked in just before you," I smirk, she'll get a kick out of my stories for Huckleberry "then there's you, the new kid with a lot of confidence I see. Look we haven't made a new friend for years but you can be apart of me, Riles and Farkles little group, I think Ranger Rick will be joining to. Do you know anything about him?" I let out a little chuckle. "Let's talk after class because I grew up with Huckleberry over there, Texas is where he's from. We're not related just moved here together. Now I think rainbow is there to help with your little chant!" Best class ever I think as she walks away. Farkle stands up as the rest of the class leave other than me and Lucas. "My education, my women, my education, my women, my education or my women, oh it's happening again sir." And he faints in the teachers arms.

After class I catch up with the two girls. "Hey, rainbow! Lioness!" They turn around and I walk over to them, "oh your the new girl aren't you, quite the entrance hey," "yeah, I try," I reply with a slight chuckle. "Maya over here said she wanted to get to know me and hear some story's about my good friend Howdy," with that we walked to the cafeteria talking.

Next Day At Lunch

We sit down at table with a seat in between me and Maya and Riley next to Maya. "Aww look at him-" Maya starts, "looking for a place to-" I say, "fit in," we say finishing each other's sentences. "You think he'll sit with us?" Riley asks with her big goofy smile, Maya moves over giving him space to sit in between the two. Just as Lucas was about to sit down Farkle sits there. "Laaaadies," his classic line, I told my eyes as we all say in sync, "Farkle!" "Interesting lunch line dilemma, sloppy Joe, Chicken Pot Pie or that one weird liquify substance that I have no idea what it is?" He goes on with his seemingly normal ritual here I think, "you mean the mashed potatoes Farkle?" I inform the "genius", "is that all ya got?" Maya asks the young Farkle. "That's it, some time tomorrow," and with that he gets up and leaves.

"There he is," she pulls Riley over to the seat next to her, "invite him to sit down!" I can tell how this is going to go, lucky for them I have a little way of helping when we were in Texas me, him and Zay made up this secret code, so I decided to help this new goofball of a friend by using it. I catch his attention and code, come over here Riley's to shy to ask you to! With that he came over and I zone back into they're conversation, "hey Lucas!" Maya says prompting her to talk to the boy, "like we're on a first name basis?" Oh my dear dear innocent Riley, "hey!" I try prompting her, "hey," yes she used mine instead of Mayas! "Hey back!" Lucas says sitting next to her, "hi... your sitting here," not breaking her adorable smile, "is that ok?" He asks her. I was now smiling to, it completely drops when I see Mr Mathews coming behind us, Riley thumbs up. Precious "can you excuse me for just one sec," with that she turns to me and Maya and we scream for a split second in excitement she turns back to see her dad next to Lucas. Oh here we go. More drama! "How ya doin?" Maya also realised what's going to happen. Riley for some reason is shocked. "Dad, you have a choice here. You can either understand this is just a boy talking to me in the cafeteria-" Riley try's to reason with him, I shake my head and Mr Mathews cuts his daughter off saying, "I'm gonna do whatever you say next!" "This is so innocent!" Damn she's resilient "honey, fathers don't see anything as innocent, we see it as, what's the opposite of innocent?" "Right here!" Me and Maya say in sync raising our hands. "Please don't embarrass me," Riley begs her father, "I'm just going to teach Mr Friar about geography, y'know I've been to a lot of places, never been to Texas," he says focusing on Lucas now. "What part of Texas is closest to Mexico?" He asks the poor poor boy I call my friend. "That'd be El Paso sir!" "Great, let's go right now!" Sheephead says excitedly and with that he pulls Lucas to who knows where with him sitting in the chair waving goodbye to us girls. Riley looks distraught. I just roll my eyes.
