This is a short chapter about what happens after that chapter.
You arrive at the school and you go find Harley. You find him in the gym, "Hey Harley," you say. "Hey Jess, how was your day?" "good thanks, I think I'm apart of a great group of people who really care," I say with a smile. "How was yours Harley?" "Good, Geralyn told me to give this to you for dinner," he hands me a box of today's lunch. (Whatever you want it to be) "I'll make sure to tell her thanks tomorrow, so, where should I go help clean?" I ask whilst putting on some gloves and grabbing some things. "You can go clean Mr Mathews' class," he says. And I walk off to go clean my favourite class.
After half an hour you just had to clean Mr Mathews desk. As you were about to do so Harley runs in and puts a phone down in his desk. I look between Harley and the phone with a face like this 😮. Harley nods. I pick it up and slowly get out of my shock and say, "is this for me?" Harley nods. "How did you get it?" I ask, I don't like people spending money on me. "Mathews gave it to me and said, "you know the kids better than I do, give it to the one who needs it most." And I thought that you not only needed it but also deserved it!"
I turn it on and make my password, 241211 (this is the password because it's the day you found the boys. Also you made your birthday 27th of June.) You put in Harley's number and Mr Mathews is already in there, you didn't want to tell him Harley gave it to you. You also made Harley swear not to tell him.
You say bye to Harley and leave. To your horror as your walking around NYC you see him. The one who raped you. You sprint as fast as your small legs can take you, the closest house you knew were Maya's. I didn't care about anything else. You had to get away from him.
You got to Maya's and knock on the door. Maya opens it and has a very confused look on her face when she sees me. "Jess? What are you doing here? Are you ok?" I caught my breath and say, "I was kicked out, can I stay with you tonight?" Apparently my lie was believable because she let me in. And I stayed the night there, I borrowed some of her clothes and we went to school.
