third person POV
Tragedy lied to "Ben" there was one thing she could taste. One thing only and it was blood. She never admitted that to anyone. She thought it was something people would find scary or weird. Afraid of being outcasted she kept this secret to herself and let no one know.
The next day her uncle indeed left. Tragedy woke and got breakfast. Without her uncle there she felt lonely and paranoid. It was Saturday so she had no school but she knew she'd be alone for three weeks. She sighed and looked at the stove to see the time it was 8:00 a.m. She sighed again she finished her breakfast and started to walk to her room when there was a knock upon the door.
Tragedy's POV
Someone knocked on the door and I became more paranoid. I debated on answer or running and hiding. As I stood perfectly still debating another knock came. I rushed to the door and stood on my tip toes to look out the peekhole. It was Ben I became confused and opened the door quickly.
"What are you doing here?" I questioned.
"I was bored. It's Saturday I figured you weren't doing anything." He said plainly.
"What? Are you saying I have no social life." I joked.
"No I'm saying it's 8 a.m. I didn't even know if you were up yet." He chuckled.
"Yeah whatever. Well I'm not doing anything so I guess we can hang out." I smiled after dragging out the I guess.
"Oh I see how it is." He glared then smiled and I nodded my head.
We went to the living room and sat on the couch. We talked for what seemed like minutes, but was actually hours. I realized looking down seeing it was now 1:00 p.m. I didn't feel so lonely anymore, and I pretty much forgot about my paranoia. I liked his company and I missed my uncle already. I hated being alone which gave me an idea.
"Umm Ben I know this is gonna sound crazy, but will you stay the night? Just for tonight I truly hate being alone especially during the night. I know it may seem weird to spend the night with a girl, but we're friends. I can't be alone. I just, can you?"
I went to continue talking, but he cut me off.
"Of course I can Trag."
I laughed at that Nick name, and thanked him by hugging him. He felt warm and smelled like laundry detergent which was amazing.
"Will your parents allow it?" I questioned.
"You're uncle isn't gonna know is he," I shook my head no, "well then I'll just tell my parents I'm spending the night at a guy friends of mine." I nodded my head.
"So do you like video games?" I asked.
"Of course!" he said quickly.
"Wanna play?" I asked with a smirk.
"Hell yeah!"
He jumped up from the couch, and followed me to my room. I hooked up my old GameCube, and threw some games at him to pick from.
"Holy shit! You still have a GameCube these things are old as hell!" He said shocked. I nodded my head.
"I really like older game systems." I stated and he laughed.
"I can tell."
He threw super smash bros at me, and we started to play.
I picked Zelda and he picked Samus. We fought as our battle field changed we kept fighting till the death. Samus was a good and he beat me, so next round I picked Link. He stuck with Samus and I kicked his Ass! We kept playing for an hour till we got bored and hungry.
