Griff and Grizz went to the second floor of the mall, where the Crowbar Jones set is located. At first the grizzly cub was aware of what their co-workers would think, learning that he's somewhat late to perform, but he came up with a solution.
"You do realize they're not gonna see you as...you right?" Griff wondered. "You don't even have time to rewrite the script."
"I know, but I can still change the title." Grizz smiled.
"Nothing against your creative style, but your original title was Crowbar Jones: Christmas Reckoning. And judging how your films are always about action, I'm not sure if your fans will like the idea of a little bear fighting bad guys."
Grizz always knew little cubs would never fight, especially in being part of an action film. But at the same time, he meant what he wished last night. "I wished for Crowbar Jones to be cute, it's supposed to give my newer films more variety."
"Variety, did your fans request that your fictional character should be cute?"
"Hey, it's not easy to come up with something new every now and then."
"Okay, that's true, but I'm sure no one expected the main character to be a cub." Griff and Grizz saw the step up of Crowbar Jones, cardboard cutouts of the fictional character himself. "Looks like your crew might get your answer."
Despite the unfortunate implications, Grizz is willing to keep his wish going. "I got this covered myself." He walked up to the stand where one of the crew members took notice.
"Umm...where's Grizz?" He blinked upon looking at the cub.
"He got cave fever." Grizz smiled which caused Griff to lower his head.
"Cave fever? On Christmas Eve?"
"Hey winter has started, he needs to be prepared for hibernation for the winter."
The two crew members looked at each other with the presents of a bear cub instead of a grown bear. They're planning to shoot the first scene where Crowbar is celebrating the holidays at his house.
"May I ask, who are you?"
"I'm Grizz Jr. I'm Grizz's youngest son."
The crew then looked at Griff. "So...Grizz is actually part of a family?"
"Let's just say that love finally got to him." Griff said, forcing an awkward smile.
"Then...you're meaning to tell us he has cave fever and is dealing with his wife? That seems really off for him to deal with, we should head over there." Just when the crew went past Grizz, Griff stops them.
"He made a backup script."
"A backup script? Shouldn't we rehearse, we don't have time to change our sets."
Then Griff pointed at Grizz with the script in his arms. He lifted them up for the crew to read them, hoping the changes will work out for his film. When the crew took a look at the last minute changes to the script.
"Crowbar Jones...The Rewinding Noel Clock?" One of the crew members spoked upon looking at the title. When they look at the script itself, almost all of their lines and choreography remain the same as before. Although the majors changes involving Grizz Jr. as Crowbar Jones doesn't seem right.
"Did your father record the scene where he turns into a cub because, I don't see that whatsoever in the beginning."
"He did, we just...had our internet connection taken down. He'll put that in once I come back with the finished footage." Grizz smiled while he headed into one of the set rooms.
