Hey, journal! Sorry, I lost you for a little while... But... Um... Today is the day before Christmas! December 24th. It's a Monday today and both my parents are at work. That leaves me all alone on Christmas Eve. I'm used to it though. They spend Christmas morning with me every year but work on Christmas Eve to have enough to pay the bills and have plenty of gifts, snacks, and Christmas dinner. I invited Brooke, Dani, and Mr. Popular to come over and give each other gifts. We are supposed to have at least one gift for everyone but I have two bigger gifts for Brooke and Dani. I have two smaller gifts for him. I hope he likes them... 

Today was so much fun! I got some cool gel pens from Brooke for writing since they all know I've started doing that. I also got a cute stuffed bear that I've decided I'm calling Corduroy from him. Dani got me a beautiful necklace that was in the shape of a heart. It had a little gem in it and around the edges, it said, "Friends Forever." The gem looked like a diamond. They also got me a new elbow brace. I had been needing one since I fell on my arm while trick-or-treating back in October. That's why Dani is my best friend. They always care about me so much and they always want to take care of me. Dani is actually going to spend the night tonight. I gotta fix dinner now. I'll be back later! 

Andy and Brooke went home and Dani is upstairs right now getting ready for bed. I'm letting them borrow one of my sleep shirts and a pair of shorts. Dinner was nice. Dani and I kept making jokes while everyone talked about everything lol. Andy kept giving me slight smiles and cute faces the whole time. I can feel myself falling for him more and more with every day that we talk! It's almost as if we were meant to be together! Oh! I got to go, Dani is coming! I'll update ya in the morning!

Hey, journal! I just woke up and grabbed you so I could tell you how my night went. It's now Christmas day! But anyway! Last night, Dani and I ended up watching movies until they started falling asleep. Once they started to, I turned the movie off and led them upstairs to my bedroom so that they could go to bed. They laid down on my bed and immediately grabbed my favorite stuffy to cuddle with. They had gotten me that for my birthday the year we met, which was my 8th-grade year. It was a stuffed orange and gray fox. That's my favorite animal. But, anyway! I decided to change and lay down too. We have been having sleep over's since we became friends, so we are used to sharing a bed. I changed into my shorts and a sports bra then laid down facing Dani. They were facing me. They tried to tell me something along the lines of you look nice but since they were so tired, I couldn't really understand them. I just nodded and tried to sleep. They put their arm around me though and pulled me closer. I didn't mind. It was cold after all. Oh! Got to go! Dani is waking up!

Lance sat down in the journal. He still had the rest of the house to clean and work on. He knew a little about what happened to Anna before she came to move in with him and Leah. She was still pregnant with Amira at the time. Her past 2-3 years were very hard for her. Her first love broke her heart and she had to either leave home or lose her baby. Life wasn't fair to her. Lance sat down and sighed. He couldn't stop thinking about the journal. He knew he just had to read more but he didn't wanna invade Anna's privacy. He decided to ask her later that night if he could read some more of it. She didn't really try to hide things from them and it would be nice for someone to know exactly what happened. He got up and continued to clean.
