Zj POV
You duck under a side slash from a sword before pulling out your the knife you took from the BloodHarbor Ripper you clash your blade with the rogue bandit as you parry his blade out of his hand.
Man I'm getting pretty good at thi-
Zj: OOMF
Too distracted with your small victory you get dropped kick in the gut as you fly back a few feet.
THUD
Zj: okay. That hurt.
Getting up a bit dazed you readied your blade for the next attack but this time you have a trick up your sleeve just before the bandit was about have his blade meet your neck your eyes turn blue as you become almost spectral like you become completely transparent then with a greenish blue cloud of smoke appears you vanish. The bandit was looking around terrified of not knowing where you were. You snuck around him tapping his shoulder which he wildly turned to see nothing and when he turned his head back around you met his gaze with a swift kick to the face knocking him out cold.
Zj: payback.
You rub your stomach still aching from the pain with a few minutes you were good as new. After a few moment some guards show up with a familiar face.
Miss Fortune: I see you caught another one good work kid
Zj: thank you ma'am!
Miss Fortune: *scoffs* enough with the formalities dude Fortune is fine
Zj: right! Fortune.. ma'am!
Miss Fortune: *sigh* I guess that'll do for now
A bit embarrassed you rub the back of your head while you awkwardly laugh.
Miss Fortune: alright let's wrap this up and head out I have a lot of paper work to fill out. Running Bilgewater takes a lot of work.
As she heads off to do her duties you head back home to train your skills a bit more. A little trick you learned as you gotten better with your powers is making clones of yourself and you've been trying to get better at making more than just one at a time. With your new modified M1 Garand remade by Miss Fortune it doesn't need to be reloaded anymore.. unless I want to because I love the ping it makes..
Yes Zj we all like the ping sound very much
