The second week of filming was flying by fast, but sadly not fast enough because today was the day.
The sex scene.
Tate and Rafe were going to get into a heated argument, and have angry sex.
Its not as though Nyla and Drew had never had sex before, hell Nyla had shot a sex scene before. But it was the fact that now. Now Drew was her ex.
Her ex that she still hadn't really resolved anything with.
So that day, the feelings, the anger, the betrayal, it was all hanging right over her head. And it was a great place to take emotions from for this scene. But remembering it, would rip her heart out of her chest all over again.
[1 Text Message from: Drew.]
Drew.
Hey..I just wanted to see how you were feeling about the scene today..i know its not the ideal situation and all but i hope we can make the most of it, as friends, and professionals.

I'm glad you reached out because i am not going to lie i am freaking out. because with sex scenes its always embarrassing anyways...no matter who its with. because there is always so many people watching and you have to stop and redo it sooo many times...but i hope we can like work together and make it, less awkward.

It was in fact not great. As Nyla walked onto set she could the eyes of everyone in the room on her. But nonetheless, she took her spot on the couch and got into character, waiting for the scene to start.
'RAFE? I SWEAR TO FUCKING GOD! I AM DONE WITH YOUR SHIT!'
'MY SHIT? WHAT ABOUT YOUR SHIT? YOUR HANGING OUT WITH POGUES SHIT? YOUR NOT BEING ON MY SIDE SHIT?'
'WELL SORRY IF I DONT TAKE THE SIDE OF A MURDERER!'
'dont...ever...say...those...words...again.'
after that line Rafe began to choke Tate, but Tate pushed him back, he banged into the wall and she began to kiss him.
All of the nerves Nyla felt drifted away as her lips crashed into Drew's, just like old times. But Nyla followed the script, pulling away from the kiss long enough to wrap her legs around the male standing in front of her and dive back into him.
Before filming Drew had been instructed to take off the girls shirt after she wrapped her legs around him, so that's what he did.
He trailed his lips down her neck, making her moan at the touch. Nyla and Drew had almost forgot they were filming, being taken back to when they were 24 all over again.
"Cut!!" Jonas called out.
Nyla hopped out of Drew's grasp and quickly put her t-shirt back on.
"That was great but lets reshoot the scene a couple more times okay?"
The two actors nodded, dreading having to do the scene again.
Nyla knew that kissing Drew was just resurfacing her old feelings which would only make things more complicated, but she couldn't not do the scene. She was an actress. This was her job.
After a long day of kissing her ex-lover, Nyla really just wanted to curl up in her bed and cry while looking through old photo's of the couple.
But Madison and Madelyn had different ideas.
"MOVIE NIGHT!!!!" the two girls excitingly said as Nyla walked into the living room.
"That's cute guys, really, but i should just go to bed."
"If going to bed means stalking Drew Starkey's instagram i really dont think you should." Madelyn called out, immediately slapping her hand over her mouth.
"Fine...what movie" Nyla grumbled out quietly.
"Well me and Bails were thinking..."
"Since you...you know...are kind of a big time actress..."
"No. No absolutely not. We are not watching five feet apart, my acting was absolutely horrendous in that movie. Honestly glad they killed off my character."
"Too bad!! Already rented it!!" Madison said with a chuckle.
"Ugh i hate you both." Nyla groaned.
"You really love us though." Madelyn chimed in.
"Maybe a little."
