I could hear a spring sound from a far the noise irritating my ears. I forced my eyes open only to immediately regret the action, my head was spinning the sounds around me in a fast loop.
"Shut up," I mumbled closing my eyes placing my hands on my ears trying to filter the noise away.
"Someone took there time to wake up."
I heard a familiar voice say, I opened my eyes to find none other than the now familiar guy seated on the brown couch a rubik's cube in his left hand while the other was plastered and in a cast. He was in a black pulcadoted gown. He placed the cube down and walked towards my bed.
"Hey..." I said my voice hoarse, I sat up supporting myself by the headboard slat. He looked at me shocked for awhile before getting back on his usual blunt face.
"I didn't know someone was Hemophobic."
"Who told you that?" I demanded agitated.
"I heard you fainted as soon as you saw blood on your hands while I was in surgery."
"It's non of your business," I retorted.
"Saying that won't change a thing," he looked me in the eyes, "it's nothing to be ashamed of." I saw something in his eyes, was it an emotion?
I turned my head facing the walls. Great. Now a stranger new one of my secretes.
"Mr Ha-Ru."
We were interrupted by a male middle aged man in a doctor's uniform entering the room. The stranger seemed not to notice as he busily stared at me. Wait did he say Ha-ru .
"Ha-Ru?" I whispered. Holy crap! He couldn't be.
He turned around following my gaze.
"Doctor."
"Ooh, you're awake," the doctor approached me and took a pen torch out of his pocket and pointed it at my eyes checking them, " everything seems fine, now let me just check your vitals," the doctor checked for my pulse before declaring me healthy.
"Mr Ha-Ru, I have the results."
My brain was in overload. Fucking shit. The sarky handsome Asian stranger was Ha-Ru? He was far from what I had assumed. He had no big round glasses or braces stuck on his teeth, he was a freaking hunk. I laid back down closing my eyes. This couldn't be happening. With all the things that happened, I even made the guy go to a hospital. I'm so doomed. Mr Trebeany will kill me when he finds this out. Most of all, I'm sure Ha-Ru thinks I'm jinxed considering all the bad stuff that happened to him while we were together. Crap.
"Can we talk about it somewhere private?" The stranger, Ha-Ru said taking one look at me before following the doctor out.
Why can't the bed just swallow me and save me from the humiliation. He must be pissed with me, I would also be raging at me.
Few minutes letter, the door opened revealing Ha-Ru walking in. I sat up not looking at him, I was too ashamed. He noticed it.
"Why do you look like you just saw a ghost?" He asked.
"Did you know?" I sat up looking straight into those damned eyes.
"Know what?"
Either he didn't know or he was playing me a fool. I squinted my eyes getting off the bed and advanced towards him.
"Did you know that I was there to pick you up all this time?" I looked up at his tall figure, two heads from mine but I didn't care.
"What if I did," he spoke this time proceeding towards me, I took short steps behind retreating from him, he stood there a smirk on his face. Bumping onto a wall behind me, I held my breath looking into his eyes. He was bewitching. I gulped in saliva smelling his scent even through the hospital gown. Listening to the door open, I backed away pushing him off me making him fall on the bed grimacing in pain. Oh no. I ran up to him helping him up.
