Today at work the most gorgeous guy ever came into the ice skating rink where I work, for hockey practice. His name.......Sidney Crosby. He is so dreamy. Black hair, brown eyes, a little scruff for being sixteen. He's very well built, and his smile-oh don't even get me started. It would cause any girl to melt on the scene. Apparently my best friend Drew, from work knows him as a regular at the rink. I overheard him talking to Sidney today when he came in and Sidney asked if I was new. I immediately got flustered, before leaving to the back.

Aria's POV
I sit on my bed starring at the pretty diamond engagement ring that decorated my finger. I can't believe it. I mean I know we can't get married......but we're basically engaged. I wish my dad wasn't so against me getting married to Sid. But I know Sidney wouldn't want to get married unless he had my dad's permission.
"Aria, you home sweetie?" I hear my mom ask as she knocks on the door.
"Y-Yeah." I say wiping away my tears as I sit up. Within a few seconds my mom walks in.
"Hey sweetie, how'd it go?"
"Awful. I did not want him to leave."
"I know sweetheart. But you know how your father is." She says and I nod. "What's that?" She asks, pointing to the diamond ring that sits on my finger.
"U-Um Sidney, he was gonna propose but u-uh dad said no." I say and the tears start.
"Oh sweetie come here." She says pulling me into a hug, letting me cry into her shoulder.
