chapter 17

the past few days have been rough. loki left my room after he calmed me down enough to go over the mission details im excited but increadably nurvous this is my first mission amd i really dont want to fuck it up. i also might just want to nail it so i can prove to my dad that im not compleatly helpless. nat and wanda took me shopping for the clothing for the mission i didnt know what i was exspecting the party to be like but i sure wasnt thinking it would be a night club. dad wasnt too happy about the location but nat talked him down i have also been avoiding him since the fight we had but i know once everyone sees my outfit their gonna flip. i tried to talk the girls out of making me wear it but they were adamint i wear it because its the perfect ballance between sexy and subtle and i trust their judgement.
i walk out of my room and almost run into my dad as he looked like he was about to knock. i stop and look at him but he doesnt say anything so i walk around him he tryed to apologize but every time was so half assed that i refused to count it he follows me as i walk away to the kitchen. i pick up an apple and start munching on it as dad is trying to get my attention.
"y/n cmon i said sorry" dad says as fury walks in with the other avengers .fury is here to see that everything goes to plan .
"i acknowledge that you have submitted an apology however considering it was a stupid ass apology I have elected to ignore it." i say giving him the fakest smile i can.
"HA!" i hear fury laugh out i look over and see everyone else looking surprised and shocked and confused.
"what shes funny" fury says  high fiveing me and my dad rolls his eyes.
"why arent you dressed yet? and where is loki?!" fury asks
"i was just about to go get ready i just wanted to eat somthing before i head up and hes probaby in his room" i say throwing out my apple core.
"well go on we only have a few hours before you two have to leave and we have to go over the plan once more" fury says lightly shoving me into nat who swiftly pulls me away to the elavator i chuckle lightly as i see wanda running to catch up
" and send real power down here when you get up there!" fury yells as the doors close to the eleavator 
we get up to the floor and i walk over to lokis room and knock lightly on the door.
" go ahead and get set up ill only be a sec" i say to nat and wanda who walk into my room as i hear lokis voice
"its open" he says flatly i walk in and see him laying on his bed reading still in his usual clothing too so i dont feel bad anymore
" hey fury said he needs you downstairs  im going to get ready now you should probably too" i say with a smile that he returns
" very well thank you" he says and i turn and walk across the hall to my room. when i opent he door i see stuff everywhere makeup and hair tools everywhere... this is gonna be a long night i can already tell.

i walk in and nat pushes me into the bathroom telling me to shower fast and get dressed i did as i was told and when i walked out of the bathroom she shoved me into a chair so she could start on my hair and wanda on my makeup. when they were done they pushed me to the mirror and i could barly recognise myself. my hair was down in loose waves down my back but the top was pulled to the back and braided
my makeup was a light pink and black smokey eye with a nude lip. i wore a black 2 piece shirt and skirt that sparkled like stars paired with black heals that tied up my calf like greek sandals. i felt beautiful for the first time.
" you look amazing!!" wanda squeeled as she bounced a little with her hands togeather close to her chest with a huge grin as i secure a knife to my upper thigh
"deffinitly y/n you look hot if i were loki i dont think i could keep my hands off of you." she smirks teasing  causing me to blush.
"thank you guys so much i couldnt have looked like this without you" i say still shocked
"shall we go blow some minds?" nat asks linking her arm with mine i nod as wanda does the same the ride down to the living room was filled with jokes and laughing. as we exit still laughing we walk into the living room where we heard the guys voices but when we walk in all talking stops.the girls walk me over to them they all wore shocked expressions jaws on the floor dad looked like he was going to explode he walks up to me and i brace myself for him to yell. but it never comes i look at him as he puts his hands on my shoulders.
"you look beautiful... im sorry for everything i said y/n i didnt mean any of it im just..... its hard to let go of the image of you being my little girl but im going to try harder. you were right your ready for this im sorry for making you feel like you were anything less then perfect." dad says with tears threatining to spill.
"it okay i forgive you and thank you but you need to know.. that no matter where i am or how old i am.. ill always be your little girl daddy i love you" i say hugging him i hear him siff and clear his throat i know how hard that was for him hes not really one to show his emotions like that. he steps back and thor grabs my hand and twirls me under his arm.
" you look so different lady y/n!" thor bellowed happily and releasing me
"im going to take that as a compliment" i said chuckling facing him
"BROTHER! doesnt lady y/n look different!" thor said i shake my head smiling as i turn around freezing as i see loki he was wearing black jeans black shoes that look like they were just polished with a dark green button down shirt the top button undone his shoulder length raven hair was slicked back perfectly. holy hell he looked stunning no wonder hes a god i get it now damn... i realized he was staring at me mouth slightly open with his brows raised his dark green eyes sparkling with an emotion i couldnt place i instantly started blushing i looked at my feet trying to hide it as i figit with my fingers embarassed under his intense stare. he walks closer to me and stops right infront of me he raised his hand and placed his thumb and pointer finger under my chin raising my face to stare into his eyes i feel myself getting lost in the hypnotising shades of green that swirl around in them.
" you look absolutely enchanting y/n" loki says without breaking eye contact. i feel my face flush  and my body feels like theres electricity running through it. i glance down at his lips and watch as a smirk spreads across them unknowingly licking my own.
"  thank you.. you look.. wow..." i say breathless his smirk grows into a full grin and i hear my dad clear his throat compleetly forgetting other people were in the room. my eyes widen slightly befor i take a step back already missing the contact and clear my throat.
" you look very handsome loki" i say blushing and looking to the floor again. he lets out a small chuckle. holly hell his chuckle is even sexy!
" thank you y/n" he says running his tounge over his lips and smiling.
" right your both pretty now this is a microphone it will allow us to hear the conversation of the person who wears it y/n what you need to do is distract the target long enough to attach this to them without them knowing and without them becoming suspicious of you as soon as its secure let us know after that keep your distance but watch him he will eventualy break from the party with his partner and i need you and loki to aprehend both of them then your jobs done we ill send agents in to take care of the rest peice of cake" fury says as he hands me the microphone its tiny its a small circleas thin as a simcard no bigger then the head of a nail.
" okay got it anything else before we go?" i ask dad walks up to me and grabs my hand he puts a silver bangle bracelet on my wrist that matches perfectly with my outfit.
" this is a nanotech suit i designed it for you just incase somthing happens all you have to do is hit this button and it will appear okay it has a tracker in it too just incase." dad says showing me the button you cant even tell it has any he brings my hand to his mouth and kisses it then pats it gently
" stay safe i cant lose you okay" he says worry all over his face
" i will daddy dont worry too much ive been training my whole like for this. i can do this." i say kissing his cheek
" i know you can bug" he says and hugs me which i return happily i hug everyone and turn to loki.
" ready?" i ask happily smiling at him
" of course. may i?" he asks offering me his arm to escort me to the car waiting downstairs
" you may " i say as i place my arm in his we start to walk to the elavator but dad grabs his arm before the doors open
" if anything happens to her if you do anything ill kill you" dad says it was scary how serious he looked and i dont doubt that he is. lokis eyes widen slightly
" no harm shall come to her in my care anthony you have my word" loki says honestly
" good because it it does im holding you personaly responsable." dad says letting go of lokis arm
"id exspect nothing less" loki says as he walks with me into the elavator the doors close and we start our decent to the lobby.

" sorry about that" i say embarassed
"dont be he is a father to a beautiful woman of course hes protective i would be conserened if he wasnt" loki says not movig his eyes from the doors . i look up at him about to say somthing but then the doors open and loki escotrs me to the car. i reach for the handle to open the door but loki lightly hits my hand away . i look up at him confusion writen all over my face he rolls his eyes
" a gentleman always opens the door for his lady" he says a small smirk palying on his lips he reaches for the door and opens it and offers me his hand to help me in and then closes the door after im in. im in shock no one has ever done that for me before and did he call me his lady? what does that mean is it cuz hes escorting me and its just good manners or is it somthing more... my thoughts were interupted by his beautifuly sinful voice
"you forget that i am still a prince darling" he says smirking
" i.. well .. i mean i just . i wasnt exspecting it thats all." i said fidgeting with my fingers
" well thats obvious.. dont even try to get out of this car before I open that door... if you do then. well lets just say a punishment will be owed kitten" he said purring the last part in my ear his cool minty breath grazing the skin on my neck causing a shiver to run up my spine and my skin to feel like its on fire from blushing i unknowingly bite my lip and press my legs together. all i can do is nod my head causing him to chuckle. fuck why is everything about him causing my body to betray me like this!
" dont do that" he says removing my lip from my teathwith his thumb
" why not?" i whisper barely able to get any words out. that damn smirk is going to be the death of me
" its distracting" he says then turns to face the front of the car and the rest of the ride we spent in silence with me stealing glances of him every so often the club wasnt that far away thank god for that because the 'tention' was unbeliveable. soon enough we pulled up outside of a big club with neon sign that said 'club x' i didnt even think about getting out of the car which loki must have found funny because he let out a small laugh and i swear as he got out of the car i heard him say 'good girl'. he walked around to my door and opened it for me offering me his hand once again which i gladly take as he helps me out of the car and closes the door behind me.
" shall we?" he asks offering me his arm and i nod taking it. the music is so loud i can feel it in my chest by the car. we walk up to the doors to the club skipping the mile long line at the entrence gaining us dirty looks from the people in the line. the bouncer rakes his eyes over my body with a smile and a nod then opens the door for us. we walk through and the place is packed with hot sweaty bodies dancing and grinding with eachother the only light is the colorful lazers and flashing lights going off. the music is so loud im not surprised this place doesnt have any windows because they would probly be broken  from the vibration of the music. loki leans down to my ear and says somthing but i still couldnt hear him.
" what?" i basicly yell laughing lightly
" i said lets head to the bar to get a better look" he yells in my ear i just nod and we make our way through the croud to the bar looking around for the host of the raging party with no luck.
" we need to blend in" i say loud enough for loki to hear but no one else he nods and then takes my hands pulling me to the dancefloor with a mischivious glint in his eyes matched perfectly with a smile. he lets go of one of my hands and spins me under the one hes still holding. and we start to dance while looking for the hydra agent. loki spins me again but then pulls me back so my back is to his chest he lets go of my hand and moves both to my hips pulling me flush against him his grip holding me against him as we dance to the music his face in the crook of my neck and i swear i feel him groan. thank god the music is as loud as it is because when he grabbed my hips it made a soft moan escape my throat.and i can feel 'him'  growing against my ass as we move lets just say hes deffinatly not small. my hands seem to have a mind of their own because one goes to one of his hands on my hip keeping it there and the other reaches to the back of his head to tangle in his hair. his hand that im not holding against my hip trails up my body to my chin turning my face to look at his as we grind against eachother our faces only inches apart.
"by the bar next to the blond in red" loki says huskily
" huh?" i say clulessly causing him to chuckle and turn my face in the direction of what he said causing it to finnaly click in my mind
" well then lets go get a drink" i say winking at him and pulling him along with me as he lets out a needy groan . we make it to the bar and i order a few shots of fireball stealing glances at the man were after. until i feel his eyes land on me practicly undressing me with his eyes as he dismisses the blond and starts to walk up to me.
