Citizens of Paris, Mayor Bourgeois has officially declared a new law regarding your relationship statuses and opinions. Due to the latest and previous Akuma Attacks, the population among Paris citizens have devastatingly decreased. In order to maintain the numbers throughout Paris, I have decided for all those who are children or teenagers who do not believe in Marriage, want to have their own children, are not committed throughout any type of relationship, have commitment issues, will be submitted into a ballot for Marriage. I, as the Mayor of Paris, have decided that there will be absolutely no changes or negotiation within this declaration. Earlier this week, students throughout Paris were tested individually based on their personality and their future plans and obstacles, for children below age twelve, since they don't really have to worry, we received an idea as they will grow, these children will once again be tested individually then reached age fifteen. For those aged thirteen to seventeen have been placed into the ballot if they don't have exact plans for their future.

As a result of this ballot, this will be happening each and every year, the beginning as well as the end. Reason for this being that at the end of the year, everyone has already passed their date of birth so they are now a certain age and are able to be prepared for any expectations. We will have the assembly of those who are to gathered into this declaration, those individuals who I believe will be superior in improving our status and population throughout Paris.

At the beginning of the year, we will see fit those whom seem compatible with each other in our opinions.

Any questions, my citizens?

"Mayor Bourgeois, how will we know for certain which individuals have been chosen to take part in this law? Will you publicly announce their presence? Reveal their identity on national television?" Asked none other than Nadja Chamak herself, asking more and more questions on top of other reporters.

Actually, a private email will be sent to the students chosen and their legal guardian. The email will explain more information, as to why they are being summoned and what to expect. They will only reveal their identities when arriving to the assembly. Before we send out the emails, we will pin a list on the cities website of those who will participating, at least one copy of the list in a few buildings, including the hospital, police station, fire dept., and Collège Françoise Dupont.

"Mr. Mayor, you mentioned and I quote 'a private email will be sent to the students chosen and their legal guardian... and we will pin a list on the cities website of those who will participating' what will be the course of action of one or perhaps most of these individuals who are to be 'participants' fail to take part in this new law?" Asked Clara Contard.

Well, they are allowed to miss, although, and I must warn, if they fail to show up, they will continue to stay in the system, as years pass and they decide to or even fail to concede, they remain in the system, if anything they are extremely lucky if someone their same age were as stubborn as they were until they finally decided to go along with the new law. Hmph, Best to be wed right away when first drawn rather than later, who knows what'll happen if they decide to agree to this commitment later. It'll mess up the process and it might not only mess up their process but the other participants marriage as well as their own.

"Mr. Mayor, if I may, as a parent myself, what if we disagree with this so called 'law', like if my daughter or son don't want to be married, have children, or even have a romantic partner, I might not be all for that choice, but it's not my decision, it's theirs, I might convince them to rethink their decision because I may want grandchildren. But do you seriously think that us parents are okay with your negligence to ship off our children like this?" Asked a tranquil parent, concerned if maybe or maybe not their own child will have to go through this unpleasent process one day.

Yeah, what about that?... I don't want you to make these decisions for my children... I'm the parent, I should be the only one to have this sort of talk with them... Let me convince my son... I want grandchildren, but this is wrong... Drop the law... hide all the children... honey, book the next flight to Florida... I forbid you to allow my daughter to go through this disaster... What makes you think this'll work?... Your laws and plans never worked ever since Ladybug and Chat Noir showed up, this will turn out to be another disaster... Let him do it, it's not going to work anyways, in the end Ladybug and Chat Noir will convince him to stop this process... I'm not all for Hawkmoth, but Akumatize him, that way when Ladybug saves him and convinces him of this wrongdoing, he will drop this new act... drop it... drop it... drop it

Shouts and yelling came from left and right of angry parents, along with other adults who weren't parents. From a distance away, an individual who wasn't into all drama and whatnot, can see, if observed carefully, that very few of the guards, including Lieutenant Roger Raincomprix didn't seem to like this idea, but not even he was allowed to have a say if he still wanted to praise the law and support his family.

As shouts and yelling kept coming, the mayor was clearly becoming frustrated. He was unsure if the overwhelming sensation came from the anxious parents about the 'unfortunate' future of their children, or because he was the one that wanted to keep up with the numbers from before Hawkmoth arrived in Paris.

Wait... There is an exception as to how the individuals chosen can withdraw the ballot, if they are withdrawn before the ballot, and aren't a part of the law, they do not have to worry about being a participant once more for they have made a clear and honest decision.

The commotion died down at this. What is the Mayor proposing? What is he doing this time?

I cannot guarantee that all or most participants will be withdrawn from this proposal, if your child is chosen, an email will be sent and you do not have to worry for you are in actual love, or begin to forsooth the want a child(ren).

The email will contain the following when chosen for becoming a participant in this law:

- Full name of chosen participant

- Age, Birthdate

- Interests, hobbies

- Likes, dislikes

- Why have been chosen to take part in the new law

- Why the participant chosen is compatible to become wed with yourself, as you them

The other email, if ever received, as not everyone will receive this one, for being withdrawn and is in love with certainty, will state:

- Full name of chosen participant as well as spouse

- Age, Birthdate of chosen participant

- Interests, hobbies

- Likes, dislikes

- Why have been chosen to take part in the new law

- Why the participant chosen is compatible to become wed with yourself, as you them

- Why the participants are being withdrawn from this law

- And this email will also want a form of survey written in a maximum of 300 words from both parties that had wed, and how this law changed their point of view of their past choices... as well as encouragement to those in the future who will participate

As many families who were not attending this event in person were watching it in live television, they were worried that the future of their son or daughter was being forced upon them.

As for others, they weren't so worried for they feel as though this will help Paris become itself again, the City of Love, a land for tourists and lovers alike, as well as being populated for the talent of Parisians young and old.

As for the last group, they are if not wishing they were killed off in an Akuma attack, they wanted to be as far away from Paris as possible to not become a lab hamster in the Mayor's newest scheme.

Problem is, as most know, or think they already know what it is they do or don't want, will there be participants who thought they had their future set out for them already, only to be turned around for the drastic measures of Paris?
