Everyone was settling on the ship after a planetside trip. Yondu was going to gather Vito up for dinner but the boy was already waiting outside the captain's quarters.
"Son, what are you doing?"
Vito beamed brightly with excitement, pulling out a little trinket, holding it out to him, "Here!! I stole it for you, papa!" he said happily, "No one even noticed I grabbed it! I saw it and knew you'd like it!!"
