Chapter 22 - The Waterfall Adventure

That isn't actually the waterfall in the story, and you'll know why later, I couldn't really find a better picture, so just imagine that it's lower and smaller. :)

Izuku POV:
It's finally Wednesday! Today is the camp!! Oh crap I'm running late!!
I ran down stairs to the common room dragging my suitcase behind me.
"G..guys!! I'm... I'm here!!" I yell, as everyone looked my way.
Uraraka smiled: "ok great! Now we just have to wait for Hagakure." She said as she looked at Iida who ticked something on his clipboard.

I looked around for Kaachan, and spotted him next to Kirishima rolling his eyes as the other one talked excitedly about something. I smiled at the sight.
I made my way over, but accidentally tripped and fell down onto Kaachan. My suitcase crashed on top of me and bashed my head into the floor. Kaachans knee was in my stomach and that wasn't helping.
"Ugh.." I groaned painfully.
"Jeese Deku are you ok?" Kaachan said as he pulled the suitcase off me and sat me down next to him on the couch.
I groaned again and tried to say something but nothing came out except for a cough.

After lots of coughing I finally stopped and said: "yeah! Perfectly fine!! Thanks for helping me!" I smiled. "Ohh I'm soooo excited!! What do you think we'll see?" I asked bubbling up with excitement.
Kaachan shrugged. "Trees. Grass. Lake. Tents." He said.
I pouted. "You're no fun Kaachan."
"Yeah! Bakubro come on have some enthusiasm!" Kirishima joined in. Kaachan shrugged again.
"Meh."
But under his tough boy attitude, I saw excitement in his eyes.

In 10 minutes everyone was seated on the bus, and all the luggage was loaded. We got to pick who we sat next to and of coarse I chose Kaachan who chose me.
Aizawa instructed everyone to buckle up and our journey began.
I don't remember what happened on the ride because I think I fell asleep. Well no surprise, I didn't have much sleep, and we had to get up at 5am.

When the bus stopped, Aizawa announced that we had arrived. Everyone filed out of the bus and awed. The area was beautiful! There was a lovely forest to the left, a vast field in the middle, more forest at the back and right, but you could hear the sound of a waterfall nearby.
"Alright kids grab your luggage and line up in the middle of the field. Boys help me carry the tents." Mr Aizawa said, and me and the boys happily helped him bring over the tents while the girls found the perfect area to set up the tents.
"Here!"
"No! Over here is better!"

Eventually, the girls decided on a place in the shade not too close to the forest and not too far away from it either.
"Ok line up and form groups of 4 people. You will share a tent. Girls and boys separate." Aizawa instructed, glaring at Mineta as he said the last sentence.
I walked over to Kaachan.
"Kaachan!" He turned around and smiled slightly.
"Well, who's going with us dumbass?" He said. I looked around. Iida was going with Takoyami into his tent. They became pretty close and were good friends now.
I looked around and saw Todoroki being dragged by Sero.
"Hey, we can invite Kirishima!" I suggested. Kaachan scoffed but didn't protest.
"Kirishima!! Do you want to share with us?" I yelled out to him. Kirishima was standing next to Kaminari and talking to him about something. When he heard me, he turned around and grinned.

"Do you mind if Kaminari joins?" He said as he jogged up to us, Kaminari following.
I looked over at Kaachan. He didn't seem to change his expression so I took that as a no.
"No of coarse not! We need another person anyways." I said and smiled.
"Great! Let's get going then." Kaminari grinned. Kirishima tickled him.
"Yeah! We need to find the best spot for our tent!" He added.

I scanned the area.
"Well, the food tent needs to go in the shade so that the food doesn't go bad so we can't use up that room, the other 4 tents are going to be over there, but I don't think we should set up really close to them in case they have sleepwalkers or loud sleepers, so let's move a bit to the left... there!!" I exclaimed as I pointed to a spot on the grass.
"Perfect!!" Kirishima and Kaminari said in unison and giggled.
"Pfft idiots." Kaachan said. We walked over to the spot and set down our tent.
