Nozomi and gyomei met up with kagaya who was healing well with the help of Nozomi's tears that were modified by Tamayo. As Kagaya told them everything Nozomi frowned a bit.
"The antidote must be here by now...... I have to turn them all back..." Thought Nozomi and kagaya turned to her.
"Are you unhappy Nozomi?" Asked Kagaya and Nozomi sighed and walked out on them before opening the door she said a goodbye.
"Goodbye...." Said Nozomi and she disappeared quickly leaving a confused Kagaya and Gyomei behind.

"Got the medication Tamayo?" Asked Nozomi.
"Yes Lady Nozomi." Said Tamayo.
Flashback to when Nozomi was about to leave....
"Why do you want me to make an antidote for you and all of your paragons?" Asked Tamayo.
"Just please, I will supply you with my blood over the following weeks. Make as many as you can. That is my request..." Said Nozomi and she hurried to Tanjiro.

Nozomi didn't want Kagaya or his wife and the older twins to die in the fire so when they were sleeping she injected them with her blood and they changed but they still looked and sense the same.
So it wasn't surprising to Nozomi that they regenerated as she took them away from Muzan before he could see her or them.
"Nozomi did you turn us like this?" Asked Kagaya and she nodded but immediately injected them with the antidote.
"My sixteen kizuki will handle the demons in the infinity castle I'll deal with the upper three moons." Said Nozomi and she disappeared.
She first went to nakime who then remembered her and she injected nakime with the antidote and did the same to the other three demon moons.
Douma was excited to see Nozomi again, Akaza accepted her hug and Kokushibo got a head pat. Nozomi did it all with a smile but then turned serious when the infinity castle fallen, everyone was at a town that was inhabited.
People quickly evacuated and the demon slayers were still there and Nozomi with rage went to Muzan with incredible speed.
She was fighting her old friend with sorrow and anger, everyone looked at Nozomi and Muzan's fight, it was like they were fighting in another dimension.
"NOZOMI WHY ARE YOU AGAINST ME?!!?! WE COULD'VE JOIN FORCES!!!! AND LIVE AS PERFECT BEINGS!!!!" Yelled Muzan and Nozomi's teeth clashed against eachother in anger.
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN PERFECT BEINGS?!?!?! IF IT WASNT FOR THAT MEDICATION AND IF IT HEALED US!!! WE COULD HAVE BEEN REGULAR PEOPLE!!! WE COULD OF HAD A FAMILY!!!" Yelled Nozomi as she pushed him away then charged at him.
"NOW LOOK AT YOU MUZAN!!! YOU CHANGED!!! NO REMORSE FOR YOUR ACTIONS!!! NOT EVEN GUILT FOR THE PEOPLE YOU KILLED!!!! YOU THINK I WANT TO BE WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS NO REMORSE FOR OTHERS???!!?!!??!?!" Yelled Nozomi as her eyes leaked tears.
She wanted to kill him she really wanted to, but something told her to still be with him or at least confess about her feelings.
As the sun rose, Muzan tried to go into the shade but Nozomi held him close to her not letting go even if he cried in pain or claw at her.
"NO YOU ARE NOT LEAVING!!! WE WILL PERISH TOGETHER!!!" Yelled Nozomi as she cried into him and he heard her cries and it pained him deeply.
Her hold on him softened and it turned into a hug and Muzan was surprised and he felt tears as he saw Nozomi's face buried in his chest hearing her whimpering crying and he hugged her back as they slowly turned to dust.

Everyone looked at the last spot where Nozomi took her final breath and tears started to show in everyone.
Nozomi was gone, lost to the rays of the sunlight.
Everyone cheered for the end of Muzan but mourned for the ally that was with them.
Was Nozomi gone? No but yes in a way, physical she isn't there she's in another place a place that was dark but light.
Nozomi stood in the dark and saw herself as a human again and saw the people that were around her, her family and family of the hashira and the trio.
One by one she saw them and smiled but she felt bitter by something, like it was supposed to be somewhere else but it was here.
That's when she felt a pair of arms hugging her from behind, it was Muzan crying into her, at first her eyes widened but softened at the sight of Muzan and she comforted him. They held each other's hand and began to walk off into the distance.
