Hello hello hello everybodyyyyyyyyyy! I hope that you will enjoy this chapter!

"N/n!" A group of people shouted and ran towards me. I was surprised that this unexpected group of people visited me. Niki. Wilbur. Fundy. Philza. Mumza. George. Sapnap. Dream. Quackity. Karl. Eret. They visited me. It made me smile. The people that I cared about came. Quackity gave me a bouquet, Wilbur gave me a plushie and Mumza gave me a small amount of  sweets. We all talked for a while until Fundy, Niki, Eret and George had to go home due to transportation. They were sweet until my doctor came in (DR MURPHYYYYYY-) "Oh wow, I see that my patient has such lovely visitors." He said giving me a smile. "May I take aminute from your bond to check up on you for a bit sweetheart?" The doctor asked with gentleness.

"Oh that's alright! have to be strong for the surgery like you asked." He smiled at me. after a minute of check up, it seemed that nothing was wrong. Not even a second later of the doctor leaving, the trio came bursting through the door, panting heavily. "We're sorry for being late than usual N/n! W missed the train- Oh, Hey guys!" Ranboo said as he saw the others. Tommy also looked up and looked at them wit confusion planted in his face. "Dream? Sapnap? You guys flew?" They nodded. "Oh my god, simps." "We're not simps ThOmAtHy" Sapnap mocked. 

I just laughed at the interaction that they have made. All of us were getting along well but I've noticed that Quackity and Wilbur were talking a lot less the usual. "Wil, Alex, are you guys okay?" I asked. The looked at me like I've broke their lost in thought moment. "Yeah, I'm alright, thank you for asking" Both said in unison. The night went by smoothly. They all soon left except for Wil and Quackity. Dream and Sapnap bought an Air BnB for them to stay until after my recovery or my success in waking up.

Us three talked more chaotic than the previously calm conversation.  Turns out that they just want the three of us talk in private so they could talk more comfortable. "Oh right! We have a gift for you N/n!! We want you to wear it during the surgery." Wil said as Quackity gave me a bracelet. It was beautiful. It doesn't look expensive yet it doesn't look cheap. It was a cute bracelet. 

[ PRETEND THAT IT SPELLED OUT YOUR INITIALS!! ] 

"Thank you so much and yes, I will wear it." I smiled. They also smiled. "We both love you N/n but I love you in a sister way." Quackity smiled. "You guys are really cute! I also love you both! but of course, I also love everyone else." I smiled as Will looked at me with adoration in his eyes. They waited to sleep before they left. Quackity kissed my forehead and said goodnight before he left and waited for Wilbur outside of the hospital. 

Wilbur came closer to me and looked at my eyes asking for consent and I said yes. He softly kissed me on the lips but soon stopped. A cute little peck. We both smiled as it was such a gentle and sweet time. "Here." He gave me a small box. I opened it which there stood a beautiful ring with a note 'I'm interested to make commitment for you. Can I be yours?'. (NOT IN A SEXUAL WAY) I nodded at him and said "Of course Wil! YES YES YES A THOUSAND TIMES YES!" with pure excitement. Will quickly hugged me and kissed me again. "I'll head off now, I love you!!" "I love you too!!". [The ring will be up to you!]

Such a sweet moment that was about to be the last. 

I started to feel dizzy. Such a familiar feeling. I grabbed in to the ring box and wore the ring. I guess it's time. I slowly passed out hearing loud beeps and nurses shouting and calling the doctor.

-((Wilbur's POV))-

'I love you 3000 starts playing'

Me and Quackity was going back home as I listen to the playlist that Y/n gave me a few months ago.  As the song played, the more the bad feeling in my guts started getting stronger. I calmed down a bit at we arrived the house. I showed Quakity his room and I went in to mine. I stayed up until 5 in the morning. I was about to sleep until I got a phone call from Dream. Dream? calling at 5?? I answered and all I could hear were screams. "Dream? Dream! Hello?" "Wilbur! The doctor called Tommy and now we're driving to your house to pick you up because N/n passed out again and it's urgently needed to do the surgery and they need our consent contract signed before they go so we're speeding to you and the hospital! now get ready!" He said as he ended the call. 

I was shocked but not still shock. The shockness where I hurriedly get ready screaming at Quackity to wake up and get ready for an emergency. Us both went down quickly with our phone in hand and perfectly timed the van that they've rented. They went in and rushed towards the hospital.

-((Doctor's POV))-

Oh god. This is my first time seeing such young patient having intense migraine and a harmful brain injury at the same time. I was slowly panicking when the young patient's pulse was getting lower and lower but good thing all of their friends arrived fast. The brother and the boyfriend quickly signed the contract and the 2o years old was rushed to the OR.  Inhale and exhale doc, the patient is strong. "Let's do this operation." I said with braveness in my voice. 'Stay strong Mx. Smith.'

--24 HOURS HAS PASSED--

-((Dream's POV))- [Surprising that Dream's POV is included-]

It's been 24 hours. Everyone except Tubbo and Wilbur were asleep. Both men, including me, were really tired but N/n really matters to us that we would sacrifice our rest and both mental and physical health for them. The doctor came out and all 3 of us stood up for the news. There was disappointment and sadness look in his face. All 3 of us were nervous but still have hope for them. 

"The operation was a success with 6 months coma"

We were all happy. They survived. "They survived!" Tears were falling down our faces. The wait was worth it. It was always worth it when it comes to them. The hallway was filled with happy and tired people. We were the only ones there. "You may visit her Tomorrow. Today the  nurses will take care of them. We just need to cut their hair short so they can put the ointment for it to heal before they wakes up." 

Everyday me and Wilbur always visit them. They were also very important to me. they were the reason on why I get out of bed everyday. They were really sweet and supportive. We always talk to their unconscious body. Though it is a sad sight,  they're still alive. That's all that matters.

I want this plot to be understood all in one chapter incase they will stop reading from here and take a break. I also want to watch 'The Forever Purge' with my family as it is our bond to watch all purge movies together.
