i rode on my skateboard with my guitar strapped to my back to school.
i saw that nathan kid and head nodded him.
i came to a stop when i reached him in front of the gates at our school.
"um, when will i be teaching your cousin?" i asked.
"sister, and you can meet her now. she is in the gym." he said then returned to his punk of a girlfriend.
i sighed and dropped my skateboard off at the racks and then ran to the gym. i walked up to the door and saw her dancing around the room with her uniform on. i let out a soft chuckle and knocked on the door. she didn't notice my presence so i let myself in.
"um, hello." i awkwardly waved.
"hi?" she furrowed her brows and relaxed her arms above her head as a crown and her pointed toe connecting with her inner thigh.
"i am here at your brothers request." i sat down and pulled out my electric.
"oh screw him." she huffed and sat down on the steps that led to the stage. she untied her ballet shoes and tied them tighter.
"um...?" i tilted my head.
"he's punk and im not and he won't get over it."
"i think it's cool. dance." i smiled.
"okay, mr. i don't care i'm hardcore." she rolled her eyes.
she started playing a really classical piece that i never would have liked, until she danced across the room to it as gracefully as possible.
"whoa. that was- whoa." i widened my eyes.
"you hated it and you know it." she scoffed.
"no i surprisingly didn't." i chuckled.
"well, hi. i'm remi." she smiled and stuck out her hand.
"i'm luke. luke hemmings." i grinned.
