3rd person pov -
George always had nightmares, they were always terrible for him. But tonight was worse.
It was the worst one he had ever. George woke up from his nightmare in a sweat, and started to sob uncontrollably and his lover was still asleep and his cries grew stronger.
Dream finally woke up to the olders cries and sat up and yawned then looked at his phone
12:02 am
Friday. 20th Aug
Dream sighed and put it back down and pulled George into the hug and played with his hair softly.
"What happened darling..?" Dream asked George and George could barely get out in between stutters
"I- ..i- had a ni-nightmare" he got out and took a shakey breath "it was worse than last time.."
Dream kept playing with his boyfriends hair and kissed his head, he pulled him even closer into a cuddle.
"Its ok George.. I got you" dream whispered into George's ear "I promise I have you.. you are safe with me" dream kept whispering sweet nothings into his boyfriends ear until he calmed down and placed sweet small kisses all over.
He laid them both down and cuddled the boy, George intertwined their legs together to stay as close to his boyfriend as he possibly could.
George looked up at his boyfriend teary eyed and rubbed his eyes and smiled softly then mouthed thank you to his partner, dream smiled softly and George
"No problem baby.." he cupped George's face and kisses him softly and George smiled at this " I love you.." He said to dream. "I love you to" dream whispered back to his sleepy, now happy partner.
Dream Kissed George's forehead and George closed his eyes and snuggleed into dream falling asleep once again.
Dream was happy that he could help his boyfriend and still played with George's soft fluffy brown hair then laid his head on George's slowly falling asleep holding the small boy in his arms.
