Switching pets

Chapter 2

Dream and the others finally finished the lore stream. It was about 3 to 4 hours long but they all were happy with the results. Dream then opened discord in the hope to see Techno online but he seemed to be somewhere else. He then decided it would be better to get some sleep so he started getting ready for bed. He ate, brushed his teeth, and put on a blank t.shirt and sweatpants before he got in the bed. It took at least 5 minutes before he started drifting off to sleep. 

The next few weeks flew by really quickly for Dream. He was mostly doing streams with the others and texting Techno. He was getting awfully close to Techno but it seemed he was drifting away from Sapnap and George. Mostly because he always made up excuses whenever they would ask him to hang out or do a stream just so he can text or call Techno. Dream didn't think much of it because he thought it was excitement running over him. Just excitement nothing else. 

But what got him worried is that he didn't regret lying to the two of his closest friends. Little did he know that it would end up like this. Dream was now facing something he never wanted to face. It was George and Sapnap vs Techno. George and Sapnap want to do a Dream team stream but this is the first time Techno invited Dream for something so big. Techno wanted to start a series with Dream. DREAM AND TECHNO STARTING A SERIES TOGETHER. It was going to be a bomb! Dream was obviously more excited for the series than hanging out with the Dream team.

 The problem was that he rejected so many streams of both Goerge and Sapnap. Still, after good 15 minutes of thinking, he chose to go with Techno. He told George and Sapnap the truth this time that he was going to do a series with Techno. Both of them were disappointed but were trying their best to act supportive even tho they were angry. 

Within 4 minutes after Dream talked with his team, Techno called for the series. Dream answered with no hesitation and boy nether did Techno when he called Dream.

''Hello, nerd!''-Techno shouted and Dream giggled.

''Hello to you to Technoblade.''-Dream said in his usual tone.

''I heard you ditched your friends for me?''-He said in a playful tone.

Dream frowned and answered

''Unfornenetly yes.''-Dream said.

''I'm flattered but the reason I called is that I wanted to ask if your ready I was about to start the stream?''-He asked

''Well, I was told you wouldn't tell me anything about the series until the stream starts but I still need to ask who else is joining us?''

''Well I want to shook you in front of the stream but I will tell you this. We are working in teams of 2. Some of the other players are going to be Phil, Tommy, Wilbur, Sam, Quackity Karl, Ranboo, Tubbo, Nikki and some others.''.Techno said and Dream noticed something interesting.

''Why didn't you team up whit Phil.''-Dream asked.

''Two reasons. One I have noticed I do too many team-ups with the SBI so I wanted to switch it up a bit. The second reason is clout.''

''Alright start the stream.''-Dream said.

They both agreed Dream would mute because the people don't know who Techno is teaming up with. Techno would tell Dream when to un-mute.

With that Techno started and it took him about 15 minutes to welcome everybody and set up the stream.

''Alright chat so last time when II talked about how I'm going to start a series I never told you who I'm going to be teaming up with.''-Techno said and the chat was spamming Phil.

''It's not Phil chat.STop that. You can unmute now Dream''-Techno said

''Hello there Techno and Technos chat.''-Dream said and the chat was going crazy at this point.

I mean Techno and Dream are going to start a series together. 

''So Techno mind telling me and the people what the series is going to be about?''

''It's going to be about kingdoms you see. Each of the teams needed to pick a biome which we are going to be ruling over and to make it realistic you can only die once but it has to be by another player.''-Techno said.

''Yea I bet everybody is going to give up when they hear we're teaming up.''-Dream said and both of them started laughing

''They're just going to start killing each other the moment they spawn.''-Techno added and Dream started laughing harder.

''Ok before we're just going to start ROASTING each of them I just got a message about the other teams.''

''So on team number one. Which is obviously the best team so far as I see is Techno and Dream.''-Techno said.

''Obviously.''-Dream repeated and both of them giggled.

''On Team 2 we have Phil and Tommy.''

''Great. Did you really have to invite a child Techno.''-Dream said sarcastically

''It wasn't my choice Phil insisted.''-Techno replyed.

''Team 3 we have Wilbur and Nikki, team 4 is Ranboo and Tubbo, team 5 is Quackity and Karl, team 6 is Sam and Illumina.''-Techno said.

''Team 6 is strong.''-Dream stated.

''Omg Tommy just texted me.''

''What did he say.''

'' ' Please inform Dream that we  are not scared of you because you'll be the first ones to go.' with the inform spelled wrong.''

''Tell him to go back to second grade.''

''Dream he is already in the second grade.''-Techno said and both started laughing

''Alright we own the Snowy taiga biome and I don't care what the rest of them chose.''-Techno said.

The rest of the stream lasted for 3 more hours. They joked around and made fun of Tommy as they pretended to attack him. The people really enjoyed the stream and more and more people joined later on. They wrapped things up after they got diamond armor and a small hut. Both of them agreed that in the next stream they are going to make a castle.

Both Dream and Techno still chatted after the stream ended, mostly talking about how they are going to meet up and see each other in person for the first time in a few weeks. It was already really late but neither of them didn't want to say goodbye. 

''We have to go to sleep Dream.''-Techno commented

''DON'T GOOOOOOOO!''-Dream whined

''Goodnight Dream.''

''Love you.''

''I don't.''-Techno said and both of them giggled

''Screw you! Goodnight.''-Dream replied and ended the call knowing that Techno was about to do a dirty joke like always

Dream then went straight to bed with a smile not bother to see the missed messages and slowly drifted to sleep.
