"But where will I sit?" I pouted as we went to sit in the car. We were six people but there was only place for five in Edward's car.
"Just sit on the floor for all I care, Harry" Edward said. He was already sitting behind the steering wheel and laid his arm on the back of the passenger seat as he turned around to look at me.
I sighed, thinking about just staying at home. Until...
"You can just sit on my lap, Haz. C'mere" Louis offered and undid his seat belt. I just stood there, staring at him. Did he really say that? I could never do that. What would the other boys think? What would my brother think? Besides, I was way too -
"I know what you are thinking about, lovely. You are not too heavy, I promise" Louis sighed and held out his arms. Edward cleared his throat and mumbled "You sure about that, Tommo?". I sighed at the comment but before I could even think about it further Louis had already grabbed me by the waist and pulled me onto his lap.
A shriek left my mouth and I grabbed onto Louis' hands that held me by the waist for a better hold. My legs were on both sides of Louis' and when he went to put the seatbelt around the two of us again, I still wouldn't let go.
"I got you, love. Just let go for a second so I can put the seatbelt on" Louis whispered into my ear. I felt a shudder run down my back as the deepness of his voice vibrated against my earlobe. I nodded carefully and let go of Louis' hand.
In the meantime, Edward had already started the car. He typed a last message into his phone before stepping on the gas with full power. Once again, I gasped and searched for something to hold onto. We were sat at the door, next to us Niall and Liam, and Zayn in the passenger seat. I peeked between the two front seats and saw a turn coming. My eyes widened with fear.
Edward had been provocatively looking at him through the rearview mirror. "Scared?" he scoffed. Now I turned my head towards the mirror and looked my brother directly into the eyes. "Mum said to drive carefully" I whimpered as the turn came nearer and nearer.
"Aww! What are you gonna do about it? Call her and cry?"
The turn finally came, but shortly before, Louis had wrapped both arms around my waist and pulled me against his chest. The car made an extreme turn and the centrifugal force almost pushed all of us out of their seats.
"Edward, man! Slow the fuck down! You're gonna get us all killed" Zayn shouted. My breath was close to hyperventilation as my hands gripped Louis' arms tightly. 'I am not ready to die' I thought.
"Fine" Edward muttered and let go of the gas pedal.
"Haz, it's alright. He slowed down, see? C'mon relax" Louis said and pulled my torso even closer to him. I could feel myself fall back until my head touched a soft shoulder. "There you go".
His thumbs caressed my tummy and I looked up to him. He had such a special aura. Everything about him screamed 'Daddy'. I curled into him further, never wanting the moment to end.
"So, who will be the one not drinking tonight?" Edward asked the guys. Their chats halted. Four pairs of eyes met to have a silent conversation. "Not me" they all said at the same time. Obviously, they had silently agreed to let Edward drink, since it was his birthday.
"Oh come on, Niall. When was the last time I saw you drinking?" Liam scoffed, wanting to have a little fun that evening. "It has been ages and that is exactly why it is my turn to drink tonight" the blonde complained in a loud voice.
Not wanting to endure this fight any longer, Louis said: "I won't drink tonight".
The other three boys sighed from relief. Crazy, of what importance alcohol can be to people.
The rest of the ride was uneventful. I almost fell asleep on Louis' shoulder while he was engaged in a seemingly important discussion.
We arrived fifteen minutes later. My neck was a little sore from laying on Louis' shoulder but I was not going to complain.
I blinked my eyes open and looked out of the window. The parking lots were all occupied, which meant that there were going to be lots of people. I should have thought about that earlier. People, people, people. My body tensed.
"You okay?" Louis whispered into my ear and I flinched. I almost forgot he was here too.
"Uhm, yeah" I answered and let my eyes wander back inside the car.
"Great, then let's go!" he exclaimed happily and moved his legs under my body. The other boys had already got out of their seats and now stood next to the car, waiting.
"Are you two coming or what?" Niall said and looked inside of the car. I nodded hesitantly and grabbed the handle of the door to push it open. Louis undid our seatbelt so I was able to hop off his lap and step outside.
I could already hear people screaming and laughing which caused my guts to feel queasy. Having social anxiety was not always too great to live with. It wasn't great at all to be honest.
"Let's go!" Edward said and locked the car. "This should be fun"
They began walking towards the entrance but I first looked around before starting to walk. The funfair had a free entrance so we could walk through the gates easily but all the attractions had to be paid, as did the food and beverages. The boys started to look around, me walking behind them.
"So, what are we doing first?"
