Chapter 5

The next morning Manny got sick so they decided to pause for the night. The witches are brewing potions for Manny to recover quickly.

"Here, drink this, it should make the process faster" Natasha muttered to Manny, handing him a vial with a purple liquid in it. Manny muttered a quick thank you to her, before downing the liquid.

Everyone watched as his face screwed up in disgust and as he almost gagged. Natasha laughed, "yeah it's not the best taste" as she took the vial from him.

After a few hours of Manny getting rest, they heard a bunch of laughter coming from outside the tent. "You guys stay here we're going to check it out along with the vampires" Darcel spoke up, getting up from his bed. As Robin, Lucian, Jasper, and Kevin follow after him, along with the vampires.

"Yeah right, like I'm going to let them get into a fight by themselves. Witches, you're coming with" Nirvana scoffed, getting her shoes on, along with the other witches.

"Hey, what's going on?!" Nirvana called out, running to get to the wolves and vampires. Darcel motioned for her to shut up, and telepathically entered her mind.

'We have intruders' Darcel whispered

'Ok? And you expect me to let you all go through that alone?' Nirvana whispered back

'No, but I expect you to at least not get hurt'

'Whatever, the witches and I are going to help you guys'

'Ok just don't get hurt'

'Mhm,' she hummed, breaking the telepathic connection.

Just as she broke the connection they heard around four people laughing and talking. "Yo guys, check this place out?" one of the boys whispered. His hair was a golden blonde with pale skin and green eyes. The rest of the small group looked the same so it was assumed by The wolves, Vampires, Witches, and Physics that they're all siblings.

They were about to walk onto the grassy area before both Darcel and Colby appeared in front of them. Sam and Robin behind them, and everyone else staying behind and listening.

"Hey, I suggest you guys go walking back and get to a different area," Darcel told the four people, with a hard tone.

"Oh...are we supposed to be scared of you guys?" the blonde kid who was talking before spoke up.

"That's up to you to decide but it's up to us to protect this territory" Colby growled, his fists clenching and eyes getting darker.

"What are your names?" Robin asked, from behind Darcel.

"Chad" answered the boy, and Nirvana almost let out a snicker

"Emily"

"Ava"

"Brad"

"Ok. now this is your last warning to leave before a problem starts" Darcel warned, with a dark-eyed and now fanged Colby on the side of him.

"Oh, and what're you going to do about it?" Chad pressed, with a smile on his face. Oblivious to how serious what's going on is.

Just at the sentence, Colby pounced. He grabbed Chad by the throat and bit into his artery. Fastly sucking the blood and watching as the boy grew pale and claw at Colby's hand.

Colby tightened his grip, still drinking, and glanced over at his siblings. Who was frozen in shock, not knowing what to do he watched as life slowly left the boy's eyes as he fainted. Colby held him in place as he finished the boy off. And when he did, finally dropping his pale as snow body to the floor.
