The End As We Know It

Chapter 2

The forest was quiet and peaceful until the fall of 32 people disrupted it. Nobody knew what was going on. Everybody looked around to see where they were, but when they realized that they weren't wherever they were before. They all started freaking out, people pointing to each other and patting down their bodies to make sure they weren't dead.

"Ok, somebody pinch me cause this doesn't make sense!" A man with bleached blonde hair, three ear piercings, dimples, fair skin, a black hoodie, and pants. Yelled, looking around frantically.

"Ok, nope, this is not what we're about to do," another one said shaking his head.

After a few minutes of everyone yelling at themselves, checking their pulse, and screaming. Silence fell upon everybody, as they realized they were not alone.

"What are we doing here?" A girl yelled, wrapping her arms around her self panicked.

"That's what I'm wondering" answered a man with a little beard but gorgeous makeup and perfectly styled hair.
"Oh my god Manny" The girl squealed, giving the man a hug

"Oh my god Katrina, what are we doing here?" He asked, returning the hug.

After everybody realized they all knew at least one person here, they went into their conversations. This includes the Fernandes and DiAngel, siblings. They all were freaking out and asking questions.

"OK EVERYONE CALM DOWN!" Madeline and Nirvana yelled. Everyone paused and turned towards them.

"Ok...you all set? I get it, this is weird but I think I know why we're here" Nirvana called, Nervously with a little tremble in her voice.

They all looked at their friends and shrugged when Natasha pointed out a table. They all made their way to the large table that was in the middle of the opening. Once everyone sat down, Nirvana stood up.

"Now, the only reason I think I know why we're here is that. last night around 3 am, I was washing my hands, and on my way to take care of a little boy who broke all the bones in his back. The sirens went off, The sirens only go off if there's an intruder, a code blue, or a national emergency. This siren was for a national emergency because on all the TVs was a news anchor. He was talking about how there's been a curse placed on the whole world. And how each country picked a group. They didn't make themselves clear, but they said this group will be meeting in a certain destination...and I think we're all part of that group and we're in that destination..." Nirvana breathed, trailing off at the realization that it's up to them to save or fail their country.

"So is that why you're wearing scrubs?" someone asked from the end of the table. Nirvana glared at the man. She was about to make a comeback when a hologram appeared in front of her. Making her yelp and almost fall back on a branch.

"Correct you are Nirvana Fernandes" spoke a voice from the hologram, that everyone recognized as the President of the USA.

Everyone stared at the hologram in front of them, not knowing what to say. The hologram expanded to full size, revealing all heads of the 12 cabinets. Nobody said a word, too in shock of what they were hearing.

"So here's the deal, we need you all to figure out how to break this curse. We know all about your abilities. However, if you fail to do your mission. You will be killed and your memory will be wiped from everyone who knows you. Including your fanbases."

Everyone was still silent, they had no idea that the government could be this brutal. "Now any more questions?" The president asked looking at the group.

Hesitantly, Nirvana and Natasha raised their hands. "Yes, Nirvana and Natasha what are your questions?"

Nirvana went first "if you don't mind me asking, who or what...placed the curse upon the world?" Nirvana asked, anxiously bouncing her leg.
