     Shoto Todoroki bit his pen, thinking of places to take Katsuki for a date. 'Why is this so hard..' he thought, leaning against his chair. He sighed, taking out his phone, sending a quick text to Izuku.

     Shoto smiled to himself, looking up the perfect ice rink to take Katsuki.

     Saturday, April 20th rolled around and he happily walked over to Katsuki's dorm, knocking briefly on the door, before he knew it, the blonde opened the door. Before he could even speak, his boyfriend grabbed his hand, leading him out of the dorms, leaving everyone else puzzled.

"Oi! Icyhot! Where are you taking me?!"

"Shush, you pomeranian, just wait and see."

   Katsuki relaxed, letting his boyfriend lead the way. Honestly, Katsuki forgot it was his birthday, and had no clue of what was happening but before he could even speak they were inside the ice rink. Shoto brought back 2 pairs of shoes and handed one to Katsuki. "Uhm, Icyhot. Why're we here?" Shoto chuckled, "isn't it obvious? To skate. Happy birthday, Kat". Katsuki blinked. Happy wha- "Oh shit- its my birthday" he mutters, cracking Shoto up. "Yeah, it is. Anyways, come on!" He leads them into the rink. Katsuki hesitates but follows his boyfriends lead. Shoto goes around in circles, getting comfortable with the ice. He hasn't been skating in a while, and is happy to be back on the ice, even though he can create his own skating rink anytime. He looks over and sees his boyfriend hasn't moved an inch.

"Are you alright, Kat?"

"Uh, I'm fine, icyhot."

"I know you're lying. What's wrong, love?"

     Katsuki played with the hem of his hoodie before letting out a sigh. "I'm scared, I've never ice skated before.." he let's out, putting his head down in shame. Shoto chuckles and grabs Katsuki's hand, dragging him onto the ice. Katsuki's face turned into pure horror, trying to keep balance. Shoto went behind him and held his waist, trying to teach the poor pomeranian.

     Before long, Katsuki got the hang of it and was able to follow his boyfriends lead. They spent hours laughing, and being a cute ass couple overall. Once they realized it was getting ate, they made their way back to the dorms. As they were about to get in, Katsuko stops and grabs Shoto's hand.

"Hey Sho?"

"Yes, love?"

"Thanks for today, I haven't had a birthday like this in a long time."

"Anytime Kat, but, I have one more surprise for you."

Katsuki raised a brow before being led into the dorms.

"SURPRISE!" All of his classmates yell out, coming out from their hiding places. "Wha-" was all that came out of Katsuki's mouth. The common room was decorated with orange and green decorations, and a big hand-made banner saying 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY KATSUKI!' he couldn't help but crack out a smile, surprising his classmates. "Is the grumpy Katsuki Bakugo...oh I don't know..smiling?" Jokes Kirishima, hugging Katsuki. "Shut it, Shitty hair.." He says, his voice cracking. "You guys are too much." They all laugh, before the celebration starts.

As the night ends, everyone heads up to their dorms and Katsuki ends up cuddling with Shoto in his dorm. ♡
