(3rd Person POV)
Soon it was the day for Seijoh vs Karasuno practice match. Coach Irihata already decided to let Yamato be the setter for the practice match. It takes hours to convince Yamato to be the setter because he reasoned that Yahaba will be a better choice but Yahaba himself state that he likes to learn more about Yamato and his background in setting ever since Kise told about it to the team after Oikawa incident. Coach also agree since he was curios on how the light kitsune, a well-known middle blocker from Inarizaki but was an excellent setter before then. It was something that the Aoba Johsai team did not expect.
Yamato was troubled because the thought of seeing his younger brother after a long time is quite worries him. The one who think that was not just Yamato, the youngest Kageyama also thinking the same thing. Tobio already know that Yamato has return for 3 weeks now and that he is in Aoba Johsai and knowing Yamato, he must be in volleyball team too. Tobio is not ready to face his elder brother because he was scared. Tobio is scares because he thought that his brother hated him because he always avoiding him whenever he come down to visit.
To be honest, the youngest Kageyama loves and misses the older male and he has been thinking on how to approach Yamato and apologize. But Tobio is not good in saying sorry or even acknowledge something that he is at fault. He just wish that Yamato really did not hate him and he will accept his apology.
As Tobio was thinking about it, Karasuno entered the gym. The first thing that Tobio's eyes caught were a blond well-know boy with eyes as blue as the ice and clear sky standing there in the other side of the gym who was already looking at him with a warm and sad smile. The only thing on Tobio's mind at the time is...
'It's been a long time aniki...'

Yamato and Tobio finally meet from different sides of the court. The two brothers starts to hyperventilate and shaking in fear because they never thought that the time will come so soon for them. Both are scare because of the thought the other one hates the other. Tobio feels like running away because he is still not ready to face his brother, Yamato is no different as he still think that Tobio still hate him and does not want anything to do with him. Unbeknownst to them, each of their members shared a thought of what just happen with them since they were fine earlier.
"Oi Yamato are you okay? You seems like you'd faint at any moment now!"
"Kageyama! Calm down and control your breathing, in and out... in and out... you're hyperventilating!"
Both of the teams vice captains attempted to calm down the blond and the raven haired boys. Luckily for them they did.
"I'm fine Iwaizumi-senpai... It's nothing... Thank you," says Yamato with a nod and a small smile.
"Are you sure? If you don't feel too good tell us."
"Ah yes... thank you senpai."
On the Karasuno's side, Tobio and Sugawara also have the same moment, "Y-yeah... It's nothing Suga-senpai."
After assuring their vice captains, Tobio and Yamato gave a look to one another from across the gym that said, 'We're talking later'. The game was about to start and the players were in position.

Aoba Johsai was the first one to serve. The ball went through the net and Daichi was going to receive them but Hinata took it which make the ball bounce back. Ennoshita then hurriedly move to cover it and send it towards Tanaka. Tanaka spiked the ball but was blocked and the first point goes to Aoba Johsai. Throughout the game, Hinata continued to mess up which angered Tobio in which resulted in him yelling at the poor boy.
The game continue and the ball finally reach Yamato in which everything to him in slow motion. Yamato close his eyes for a moment and immediately his ice blue eyes opened as he take two steps forward to set the ball to Iwaizumi. The ace sprinted to spiked the ball the way he want to into the other side of the net. Aoba Johsai gained another point once more.
Tobio was amazed to see such fluent set from Yamato and he smiled widely because it gives him motivation and determination to get better so he could stand on the same court as his elder brother that he has been idolizing since children, "Aniki... You are incredible. I promise to get better so I could stand and play together again with you either as allies or enemies. I will make sure of it!" He thought to himself. Yamato who looked at Tobio and seeing his determination couldn't help but smile and nods. It seems that the brothers still look up to one another.
It was now already Aoba Johsai's set point. Hinata was up for serve. The orange-head boy look beyond a nervous wreck which caused the ball to unfortunately hit the back of Kageyama's head. Yamato and some others players were in shock, while Kise who has come to watch the practice match couldn't help to laugh his head off and rolling on the floor which also shared with Tanaka and Tsukishima. Poor Hinata stood frozen with a blank expression and suddenly shrieked and backed away when seeing Tobio turned around while mumbling apologies.
After Hinata regained his composure the second set finally begun. "Oi! After this teach me that back-of-the-head homing serve." Kindaichi teased Hinata. Irking the orange haired boy. Yamato who hears it sigh and shook his head while giving a glare to Kise who just still on laughing.
'Ryouta just being the idiotic and chaotic Ryouta...' Yamato thought before turn around to continue the game.
