The words that keep on replaying into Benjamin's mind. The words that came out from the woman he loves for almost 2 years. The woman he gave everything he got, and now, there's nothing left for him.
It's been months since Sofia broke up with him, and he still can't move on. He was looking at the picture of his ex girlfriend.
"Why can't I forget you, Sofia?" He mumbled
"Why can't I just find someone and be happy just like you?" He said and sighed. He took a sip of his beer and look at the picture again..
"Why can't I move on?"
Benjamin stand up and get his phone. He was looking at the phone number that he won't forget. It was Sofia's number....
He held his phone and went to his rooftop... It was dark..and quiet. Only the sound of wind and trees can be heard. He get his phone, look at the number again..contemplating if he would call her..
*ringggg ringgg*
"Hello? Who's this?" He heard it, the voice he didn't heard for months.
"Hello? Hello?" The girl said, Benjamin smiled, he can't help but to smile. He just want to hear her voice..
"Uhm, Hi. Thank you for answering" he said..
"...Benjamin?...Benj, you know...why did you call me? You know that I have a boyfriend right?" the girl said, Benjamin faintly smiled, he knows. He just want to hear her voice even if he knows that the girl doesn't love him anymore
"Don't call me anymore. Benj, its been months since we broke up. I already found someone else. If you still can't move on, please I'm telling you. I don't love you anymore. And I won't ever be." the girl said, it hurts him but he's used to it.
"I'll end the call" the girl then ended the call. Benjamin then just looks at his phone as he smiled..he then stares at the sky..
"I know you won't love me, even if I try chasing you again." he said as he sighed
"Cause I know, I can't be good enough for you."
"But even so, I will just love you, until I forget that I love you. Cause I don't think I can ever love someone else, Sofia."
"And why can't I move on? Cause I don't want to"
