September 1st

"Pumpkin it's time to get up" My dad said

I groaned and rolled over facing away from where his voice was coming from. A few second later I heard

" if you don't get up now pumpkin, you won't be able to attend school this year" my dad threatened

I got up and stretched. I asked, " what time is it?"

My dad looked at his watch and said, " it's about 6:30 am"

I groaned, " I hate being up before 10"

My dad chuckled, " well you better get used to waking up at this time every day pumpkin other wise school is going to be a nightmare for you"

I sighed and got out of bed. My dad said, " I'll leave you to get ready you need to be downstairs by 7:30, that leaves you an hour to get ready"

I nodded and went over to my bathroom that was connected to my room. Once I was in the bathroom I shut the door and began to undress after I was undress I turned the water and waited for it to heat up. While waiting I took my hair out of the ponytail it was in from last night.

I put my hand under the water, it was just right. I hopped in and got my hair wet. Then I went and squirted some shampoo onto my hair and scrubbed it in. After scrubbing for a few minutes I rinsed my hair and put the conditioner through it. After the conditioner was all through out my hair I let it sit for a few minute while I washed my body. Once I finished washing my body I rinsed off the soap and the conditioner out of my hair.

I turned the water off and stepped out of the shower now full of energy. I grabbed a towel off the shelf next to the shower and tapped it around my body. I went over to the sink and brushed me teeth quickly. After that I went into my room and went over to my closet.

I groaned forgetting that I couldn't see any of the colors, I hated that wizards got stuck with this curse! Well I Guess it isn't a curse but it isn't exactly fun. Basically you can only see black, white and Gray in-till you see or meet you soulmate.

Most people wont meet there soulmate before Hogwarts. Some get lucky and will but that's Rare.

I heard it's absolutely wonderful when you meet your soulmate though. All the colors just flood around you. I sighed wishing I could see colors. My dad could, he said his soulmate was Lilly Evans, from what I've heard about her she was a wonderful person. Sadly my dad wasn't her soulmate though. A person named James Potter was. So my dad never had anyone to love, except me of course.

I looked around my closet again, realizing I would have to call for my helper who had already met her soulmate to help me pick out my outfit.

I yelled, " Sydney I need your help!"

I heard some shuffling, I looked towards the door and saw Sydney appear.

Sydney said, " how may I help you miss Snape"

I siad, " Sydney how many times have I told you not to call me that, I'm not your master, please call me y/n"

Sydney smiled and said, " alright y/n... what do you need help with?"

I gestured my hand over to my closet. Sydney nodded her head and went into my closet, and I followed.

Sydney asked, " what are you thinking for your outfit today?"
