Meeting Loki Nakamura

Kaoru's POV

I was carrying Umiko back to an amused looking Haruhi and Kyoya. Then we heard a familiar voice call out Umiko's name.

We all turn around to find the rest of the host club.

" Uh, Hi guys!" I yelled, still carrying Umiko, while she waved.

" Mommy! Why didn't you tell me you were going to the beach today with our daughters!" Tamaki cried.

" Because it was only to be us 4." Kyoya said.

" Why are you guys here?" Haruhi asked.

Tamaki and Hikaru blushed at what she was wearing.

" We decided since we lost 4 of our packages that we would come to the commoner beach!" Tamaki squealed with happiness.

" Wait, I thought you weren't at school because you had to take care of Umiko?" Hikaru asked.

" I am! Except we are at the beach with me taking care of her, because she wanted to be here." I said.

" Well can we join you?" They asked.

I looked down at Umiko's face and she looked a bit sad. Then I realized our faces were only inches apart since I was carrying her. She had her arms wrapped around my neck.

I blushed a lot. But it makes me feel better to know that she did to.

" GET AWAY FROM MY PRECIOUS DAUGHTER!" The boss yelled at me chasing me, while I still had Umiko in my arms.

" Nope! I have stolen your daughter! She will never return back home to you!" I yelled back at him.

" Mommy!" Boss complained to the shadow king.

" She must stay with Kaoru, she seems better when she is with Kaoru." Kyoya stated.

I know the reason. At least I think I do. Yesterday when she told me about her powers she was so scared I might think of her as a freak but then I comforted her and made sure she knew I didn't, and we became best friends. That's why she is so attached to me, it's because she was afraid of being abandoned, and I didn't abandon her.

" We were actually about to head on home." Umiko replied to a previous question.

" So you can't join us." She said, dropping down from my grip, grabbing my hand, and Kyoya's hand, leaving Haruhi to carry our small bags and we walked away.

" Bye Tamaki-senpai, Hani-senpai, Mori-senpai, and Hikaru!" Umiko yelled.

I released my self from her grip and ran to hug my brother.

" Goodbye Hikaru." I said to him.

We were about to start our brotherly love act but was cut off by Umiko.

" Come on you love birds! I need to borrow Kaoru for the day!" Umiko yelled.

I then ran back to them and hopped into the limo taking a seat beside Umiko.

" So we are going back to your house?" I asked her.

" Unless one of you has a pool in their house." Umiko said.

" I have a pool." I offered.

" Then we shall go to the Hitachiin mansion!" Umiko yelled with her hands in the air.

" Driver please take us to the Hitachiin mansion." Kyoya told the driver.

" Yes sir." He replied.

The entire ride Umiko held onto my hand.

" Umiko you seem very close with Kaoru. Why is that?" Kyoya asked.
