The young witch was looking at herself in the mirror, not even realizing her little bump of a little baby hiding inside, cloaking their little heartbeat was about to show and she was just about to find out about it. She looked at the mirror as she saw herself in the dress she was supposedly wearing for the ball.
She is wearing a light green dress, a fake bow and arrow behind her back to have as an accessory, and most important the mask.

She continued to look at herself in the mirror until she hears the door open, she turns around and sees Charles. Charles was breathless. "You look....exquisite," Charles said with a slight smile, oh how he thought how she was beautiful with the gown and without it. ( ;) )
She smiles before a soft chuckle left her lips. "We should get going, right?" She said to him with a smile. He nodded quickly and he took his hand out. "Shall we?" He grinned, she nodded and took his hand, "Yes, we shall." She said, they made their way to the compound.
Veronica and Charles had reached to the compound. The witch was amazed by everything, the decorations and the food and the people and especially the outfits. But there was this one person that caught her eye immediately, the hybrid she so profoundly had to stop falling for. She gulped before Charles noticed his brother walking towards them.
Veronica hadn't noticed him since she was busy looking at Klaus with a blonde women, she curious on who was the girl before Francis got her attention. "Charles. Veronica, you look lovely." Francis said before he kissed her knuckles, Veronica after she was snapped back into reality nodded and smiled. "Thank you, Francis." She said before she looked over at Charles and he wasn't happy at all.
"Brother, I thought you will be with our family." Charles said bluntly then Francis chuckled as he shook his head. "Surprisingly, Tristan didn't call me to go back, it most likely I will stay." The De Martel said, it took Veronica a moment before she spoke up. "Well, that lovely Francis. I hope you have a nice stay." She said with a smile, a smile to die for.
Charles always loved Veronica personality especially when it became her being stubborn and soft. He absolutely loved it at times where she was stubborn and sometimes he didn't, depends on the situation. "Veronica, 4' clock." Charles muttered hoping Veronica would notice and she did.
She turned her head and saw The Hybrid and the blonde women coming up to them. "It a lovely night isn't it?" Klaus said as he looked at the two brothers and girl. Veronica nodded quickly before the blonde women spoke up. "You must be the darling, Veronica. I'm Rebekah, Klaus sister. He tells me a lot about you." She said as she rolled her eyes at the last sentence.
Rebekah could tell that the witch had the two de Martel wrapped around her finger and didn't even know It. "Hi." Veronica said with a slight smile, she was never really good at meeting a person family member. Rebekah furrowed her eyebrows for a second as if she was listening to something. "Is something wrong, sister?" Klaus asked.
Rebekah and Charles locked eyes before rebel looked at Klaus and shook her head no. "Everything fine, brother." She said before she noticed Marcel (who was doing his own stuff to Thierry) leaving. "Klaus." Rebekah said as she motioned to marcel leaving, Klaus sighed as he looked at them. "Looks like we might be going, see you all soon again." He said before he followed marcel. Rebekah looked at Veronica with a smile.
"Nice meeting you again, as we shall meet again." She said before she made her way out the compound doors. "She seems nice." Veronica said with a smile. "Believe me, she a bitch." Charles bluntly said before francis chuckled. "It like she invented the term." Francis said before a girl caught his eye and he soon left muttering a excuse me. Charles looked around before he looked back at Veronica. "Do you want a water?" He asked softly.
Veronica nodded. "I would, thank you Charles." She said and Charles nodded leaving to go get a beverage for the both of them. Veronica could hear shouting from outside, curiosity was taking over her so she went outside and saw the unthinkable. A witch using magic on marcel.
Veronica not knowing about the rule of not using magic helped Marcel with her magic to get back up. The witch noticed this as she turned her attention towards Veronica. "You. I found her!" She yelled out loud and Veronica eyes widened and marcel eyes immediately went on Veronica who stood there in shock. "You can't have her!" Marcel yelled and tried to fight back with the witch, as he was busy with the witch.
Veronica was helping him with keeping his strength before a hand covered her mouth and nose that had a towel on it. She yelled but it was muffled before the sense kicks in, and she grows tried and passed out, she was taken shortly after. Charles came back to where Veronica was supposed to be. "Veronica?" He asked before he saw she wasn't there, he immediately ran out as he didn't see Veronica inside.
He snapped Katie neck then Marcel stood back up. "Where Veronica?" Charles asked wanting an answer, Marcel eyes widened as he heard that Veronica wasn't there anymore. This immediately changed Charles whole tone. "We need to find her!" He raised his voice worriedly as marcel nodded and tried to find her and whoever took her.
Veronica woke up hours later, with her hands chained. Her head was pounding before she noticed the chains. She gasp before she got up and tried to take them off. "You know, you can't take them off." A familiar guy said with a smirk. Veronica looked at who was talking. Her eyes widened. "Kai." She said in a panic, as she tried to get it out faster.
Kai grabbed her by the chains, making her closer to him. She could feel him breathing on him. "When were you going to tell your big brother about the bun in your oven?" He asked with an devilish smirk. Veronica eyes widened by that. "What.." she said. "You didn't know? Pathetic." He said as he let her go making her take steps back at the wall. How will she take on Kai with a baby?
