Sarah and Herah were called down the next morning from the mom to eat breakfast.

"Madison! Allison! your breakfast is ready!" The mom called to her two daughters.

Herah and Sarah yelled and ran downstairs. Its been a week since they came into the book and they were used to it.

While they were eating their breakfast, the mom said brightly, "Today, we are going to go to the very famous and expensive boutiques to buy new dresses for the ball tonight! You two will look so beautiful and outshine everyone else! The prince will definitely notice you and fall in love!"

More dresses?!! Ugh! I think there's already over 50 dresses in my closet! Herah thought.

However Herah and Sarah had no choice but to pretend to be excited.

"Yay! I can't wait to get a new dress!" Herah exclaimed.

"I can't wait to get another pink dress." Sarah lied.

The mom usually bought the girl's dresses in pink and orange and the girls were tired of it.

After Herah finished pretending, she turned her head slightly to take a look at Jeffery. When Herah turned her head around, Jeffery was starting right at her with a piercing angry face. Herah gasped and immediately turned around.

"Okay mom! I'm done!" Herah said and pulled Sarah's arm to get her out of the chair.

"Her- i mean Madison! I'm not done yet! Can't you see that I still have bacon left?" Sarah complained. She loved bacon.

"Stop being such a pig" Herah said impatiently and yanked Sarah out of the chair. Sarah quickly grabbed the last piece of bacon and reluctantly followed her sister upstairs.

While they were going upstairs, Herah could still feel Jeffery's death stare on her. Herah quickened up her pace, pulling her clueless, still-hungry sister with her.

When they reached Herah's room, Herah closed the door. Sarah jumped on Herah's bed and started complaining.

"Why did you yank me out of my chair?! I was having a great breakfast!"

Then Herah explained how Jeffery probably already knew that they stole the invitations. Herah also told Sarah about the angry glaring at breakfast.

"I'm really sorry for interrupting your find breakfast but this was important and we have more stuff to talk about" Herah concluded. She opened her first desk drawer and pulled out an old brown crinkled paper that was slightly burnt. It was the same checklist the girls found in the book, Cinderella.

It was the list of things to complete. It said:

1) Take pictures with the mom to fill n the blanks in the pictures

2) Receive invitation

3) Let the prince know

4) Be mean to Cinderella

5) Save the fairy Godmother

6) Find the hidden glass shoe

7) Don't let Cinderella be in the ball later than 12:00 am

 8) Cinderella has to kiss the prince.

GOOD LUCK

"It's the list we found in the back of the book the other day. We have to show Jennifer tonight" Herah said.

After Sarah read it with Herah, she asked, "I don't get it... we have to save the fairy Godmother?"

"I'm not sure about that yet because it hasn't happened but.. I guess we'll know soon"

"We totally should, hey, we only have 5 more to complete!" Sarah exclaimed cheerfully.

"We need to get them done soon. Especially the one about being mean to Jennifer."

"Sorry Jennifer! We have to do this" Sarah said firmly.

The two girls got ready and came downstairs just before the mom was about to call them. Right then, Jennifer was cleaning the floor and was on her knees. Sarah nudged Herah.

"CINDERELLA!" Herah began yelling loudly, "Clean up the fireplace! Hurry up you old rag! After you clean the living room, clean up the kitchen. Then clean my room and Allison's room. Understand? you Better clean this house before we come back from shopping! Or ELSE"

When Herah finished, she couldn't believe she just yelled at her older sister like that and Jennifer couldn't believe her little sister yelled at her like that either.

~~ ~~~~~~

"Come here girls! Come look at these!" The mom yelled to Herah and Sarah.

The girls were already holding five, big bags each and were sick and tired of shopping but they acted like they were happy on the outside for the mom.

When Herah and Sarah got there, the mom started making them try out all the jewelries she picked out.

"This one looks PERFECT on you Allison! And this gold necklace looks STUNNING on you Madison!" The mom gushed.

Sarah acted like they liked what the mom picked out so that they could just go home.

"Excuse me!" The mom called out to the shopkeeper. "I would like to buy these necklaces and the matching gold and silver earrings and bracelets"

"Alright ma'am. That's going to be 5,000 coins." The shopkeeper said.

The mom handed him the money and Herah, Sarah and the Mom began walking towards the car.

"Thanks! Come again!" The shopkeeper yelled loud, but joyfully.

When they got in the car, Herah asked. "Are we going home yet?"

The mom replied, surprised "NO sweetie! We're going to buy MORE things for you! And me! We're going to 3 more stores and THEN we're going home"

Sarah and Herah exchanged glances and thought, Oh joy.. More shopping! Ugh.. We already have enough! 6 bags of thing! We already have an outfit to wear for tonight! Why do we need more?

They finally got home around dinner time, carrying loads of shopping bags with them.

Herah and Sarah were so tired that their arms and lets could fall off any second. Herah and Sarah just threw their bags at Cinderella.

"Go put these to our rooms!" This time, they actually meant it.

Jennifer thought it was strange that her younger siblings were being mean to her but still did as she was told because she knew it would somehow help with getting out of the story.

"Yes." She said as she took all 18 bags with her upstairs.

Later that night, after they had finished eating dinner, Herah and Sarah went up to the attic to talk to Jennifer. Since they knew that Jeffery could be listening or coming any minute, they talked even quieter and hurried up the talking.

"We're really sorry that we were being mean to you today" Herah and Sarah said at once. "But we had to because of this" Herah pulled out the list that they had to complete.

"Oh!" Jennifer said. "That makes so much more sense." Jennifer was still upset though, that they had to be mean to her.

"Tomorrow is the ball, and we have four more things to complete." Sarah explained.

"We can do this!" The three said at once whispering and high-fived each other.

"Just four more," Jennifer said determinedly.
