3rd POV

Y/N woke up to an early alarm, 7:00 am. Today was Iida's birthday and she decided to make him breakfast.

'I hope it's not weird I'm doing this, after all it is his birthday' she thought as she grabbed her apron and cook journal

Once downstairs, Y/N washed her hands and prepared the ingredients.

~[Mini Skip]~

After some time, she finished with breakfast and plated the food, Y/N was very proud of her work.

'I think I made too much' she sweat dropped.

"I hope he doesn't mind waking up to breakfast in bed" she said as she carefully carried the tray to the elevator.

'I don't know why I'm so nervous. I'm only giving a friend a special treat on their birthday. That's not weird right? This isn't weird right?'

Swirling thoughts were interrupted by the ding of the elevator.

She slowly walked down the hallway and finally made it to her friend's room.

Carefully balancing the tray in one hand, Y/N softly knocked on the door a few times. 

A few moments went by and no answer. Sighing she slowly back away to head back to the elevator.

In that moment, the door open to a yawning Tenya.

"Hello? L/N?" he asked fixing his glasses.

'Oh.. he really was sleeping..' Y/N silently panicked.

"Oh I'm so sorry Iida, I should have realized you were still asleep since it is pretty early. I'll come back later" she slightly bowed and started to walk away.

'Abort mission!' She panicked

"Wait are you sure, you.... What is that you have there?" Tenya asked as he gently grabbed her shoulder.

Slowly turning to display the whole tray, Y/N took a deep breathe and smiled.

"Happy birthday Iida!" displaying a pearly smile.

Tenya was taken back and slowly started to blush.

The tray consisted of pancakes, folded eggs, rice, biscuits, turkey/bacon, fruit bowls, and along with two cups of orange juice.

'She.. she made all of this for.. for me? This is so sweet..'

He quickly snaps out of his thoughts and moved aside to let her in.

"Please come in" smiling at her.

"Thank you. It seems that I made too much for one person, so would it be okay if we have breakfast together!" Y/N asked as she felt her face heat up.

"Of course, I don't mind at all please sit down." Tenya replied as he moved his desk to the middle of the room.

Y/N made sure to place the tray down softly as she properly set the table.

"I couldn't think of exactly what to cook since I never got a chance to ask you what breakfast foods you liked." She smiled as she handed him a pair of chopsticks.

"No this is perfect, I really appreciate you taking the time to think about me and do all of this. So thank you really" giving her the biggest closed eyes smile.

The curly haired girl silently gasp as she took a mental picture of this beautiful scene. Feeling her face become hotter, she hummed in response.

The pair put their hands together, "Itadakimasu!" and with that they started to dig in.

"This is really delicious, it taste like a cinnamon roll." Tenya happily chewed into the pancake.

"The one you're eating is a cinnamon roll pancake, I made regular ones and cinnamon roll themed just to give you options" Y/N chuckled to herself.

Tenya hummed blushing at her statement.

'I've come to learn she's considerate of others. I should know that by now sure, but to analyze this up close.. It's breathtaking'

After they were finished, Tenya patted his stomach.

"Aah that was delicious and I'm pretty stuffed" he chuckled.

"I'm happy you enjoyed everything, I hope it was a great start to a special day" Y/N giggled, packing the dishes back on the tray.

"I can certainly agree that it is. I know I said this multiple time, but I really have to express my gratitude. Thank you so much L/N" Once again giving her a thousand wat smile.

'If he keep this up.... I don't think my heart can handle this' Y/N nearly clenched her chest at the beautiful sight.

"You're welcome Iida and I'm happy to made a positive impact. I hope you enjoy the rest of your birthday" she smiled and bowed.

She grabbed the tray and headed towards the door.

"L/N wait!" Tenya calls out.

"Hmm?"

"Umm.. Well would you like to hang out with me today?" the blunette blushed.

'Wait.... what?'
