It was 8:30 am in the morning. Jimin is staying at Jungkook's place. He's been looking after Jungkook as the latter has not not been eating and sleeping well. It has been days since Taehyung left and nobody knew where he was.

Jimin is now sleeping at the guest room and is awakened by his phone ringing.

Unknown Number

Jimin picks up the call. "Hello?"

"Chim?"

"Taebear?!?!" Chimin starts crying instantly. "Bear, where are you? I've been worried sick about you!"

"I'm fine, Chim. I just need some time alone. I called to let you know that I'm okay and for you not to worry okay?"

"Okay, Tae. I can't imagine how you're feeling right now and I know that you're not yet ready to hear what Jungkook has to say nor see your brother. But, Taebear, I hope that you will be open to do those soon. I'm sorry if you think that I'm being selfish asking these from you, but I can't lose them too. Without you here, we're falling apart and I don't know for how long I'd be able to help Jungkook and Yoongi as I'm not strong enough without my bestfriend beside me."

On the other line, Taehyung starts crying. It pains him so much to know that they're hurting because of him. But, he's not ready to face them yet.

"Soon, Chim. I love you, Chim. I have to go," Tae ends the call.

"Taebear, hello? Taehyung?!", Jimin drops his phone and breaks down.

(Jungkook's POV)

I woke up to Jimin's voice coming from the other room,

"Taebear, hello? Taehyung?!"

I mustered all the strength left in my body, stood up and ran as fast as I could to the other room. When I opened the door, I saw Chim crying, clutching Taehyung's plushie. I approached him and sat on the edge of the bed.

"Jimin, what happened?" I asked.

"Taehyung called."

"What?!" Jungkook quickly took Jimin's phone and tried dialing the unknown number back. The number could not be reached.  I turned back to Chim  and held him on both arms,

"Where is he Chim? How is he? What did he say?!" I didn't realize that I was already shaking him as he started crying more.  "Im sorry, Chim. I'm sorry." and then hugged him tight.

Taehyung, where are you? We need you. Please come back.

Taehyung was in a phone booth near the Big Hit office in Japan. He had to call Jimin just to let his bestfriend know that he's fine so that the latter won't worry too much.  After hearing Chim's voice and knowing the state of Jungkook and his hyung, Teahyung's heart broke more. He's now torn between staying here or going back to Seoul. However, he also feels that he's not ready yet. He's in so much pain and is quite unsure of what to do. For now, he decides to shut off his feelings first and go back to work.

He has been reporting for work at the Japan office for the past two days.  He called his boss at the Seoul headquarters requesting for a temporary transfer until he's ready to come back. Since Tae's boss, Si-yuk, has been like a father to him and him like a son to the senior, he understood why Taehyung had to do this. So, he arranged the transfer quickly without anyone knowing.
