I know you never expected me to write to you but this needs to be done. I need you to move on and become the best you I know you can be. I have loved you ever since I laid my eyes on you. You falling from my families apple tree while I was chasing after my rabbit will always be a memory I cherish.
I do not have much time, I have always loved and cherished having you in my life. You will never understand how I could do this when you hear the news, but understand that I had to do this to make sure you are still living and breathing even if I cannot be.
You must be safe and continue fighting even if I am not here. You will be in my heart and in every prayer until I either know peace or I have received news that you are still doing what you do best cause mischief even if faced with danger. I know that you will think I am being rash but remember that I have a duty to fulfill.
Even though I am not sure how you will feel whenever you receive this letter, it might be months or even years before you receive this letter. You will always be the only person I have truly loved.
You have been the greatest joy in my entire life and how I wish you have not gone to fight but I know you only did it so we could live a life without an sort of danger. I have to hurry now they have stormed the capitol and are beheading every noble.
I love you and survive for our son, please love and teach him everything we stayed up late talking about. Teach him to have love in his heart and to always enjoy every bit of life even if his mother is not there to experience it with him.
