Rain drops flowed down the windows of the car, as the sound of windshield wipersran across back and forth the large window. The car passed over a large puddle making a screaching noise, then splashing the car with water. My dad had turned up the radio, softly playing some old country music lightning the tune of the rainy day. The car turned sharply on the school drop off line, the rain had slowed now. I opened the car door opening up a cool blast of air. I swung my bookbag over my shoulders, my bookbage was really heavy wieghing me down. I closed the car door slowly, whispering a goodbye to my dad. A sun ray of light hit my face, instantly warming me up. I was already late for class as the bell began to ring throughout the campus. I rushed to class, greeting my teacher.

"Where have you been, you are late." Mr. Corseni asked my in a low tone.

"I know, my ride came late." I replied hanging my head low not wanting to look in his eyes.

"Go sit down, and get your work started." I nodded to his comment

A few preppy girls had looked at my all black wear and their whispers and laughs entered my ears and mind.

I hated them with all my heart, hating the way they were so perfect and everyone loved them. The only person who loved me was him, and I loved him too. I felt a slight hug from behind me while I was sitting in my seat.

"Hey bae." Calum whispered in my ear, his touch left tingling sensations on my skin.

"Hey," My voice came out a little lower than it usually is.

"Don't listen to those girls, there is nothing wrong with you, you are perfect the way you are." His sweet voice swirled around in my head.

"Thanks," I replied back

He smiled sweetly, I had gotten back to work, Social Studies was my least favorite subject, but Calum made it worth the while. When the class was over I kissed Calum's cheek and told him goodbye for now.
