I got out of the car and Niall came jogging over to my side. He had sent his bags already so we had nothing to carry with us. He grabbed my hand and I quickly put a smile on my face leaning closer to him as we walked towards the airport. When we got inside it was hectic. There were people and cameras everywhere. I walked in front of Niall, still holding his hand as he pushed people back slightly. We got to where the rest of the boys were standing near the gate where they would be leaving from. I saw Harry standing with Liam and he looked over in my direction making eye conact with me. He looked around at the surroundings quickly before waving and smiling, as if we were friends because of Niall. We stood in a circle talking for a few minutes, me leaning into Niall's side and his arm wrapped tightly around my waist.
"I can't wait for you to leave" I whispered through my smile. He laughed before leaning down to whisper in my ear.
"That makes two of us"
When it was time for the boys to leave I hugged Louis, Zayn and Liam first. Harry came over to hug me and for some reason I held my breath. I really wanted to kiss his perfect lips but obviously I couldn't do that. I hugged him tightly standing on my tippy toes because of his height.
"Goodbye Ainsley" He whispered.
"Goodbye Harry I lo-" I stopped myself and he pulled back slightly looking at me. My eyes widened and I coughed slightly trying to cover it up.
"I'll miss you buddy" I grinned punching his shoulder slightly and nodding towards the screaming fans and paps.
"Yeah you too" He smiled back at me but it never met his eyes.
It was then time for me to fake a sad goodbye moment with Niall. Regardless of everything, I did really care for Niall at one point, so thinking of leaving that Niall behind really helped me get into character. Tears filled my eyes as I wrapped my arms around his neck standing on my tippy toes and his wrapped around my lower back.
"I'm gonna miss you so much" I cried and he pulled back wiping my tears with the pad of his thumb.
"Hey don't cry. I'll see you when you come visit next month and we'll still talk everyday babe" He smiled sympathetically. The guards told us it was time for them to go and his hand brushed my cheek leaning forward to place one soft kiss on my lips. He rested his forehead against mine.
"I love you Ainsley" he spoke loud enough for the fans near us to hear.
"I love you too babe" With that he wallked towards the gate, turning around to blow a kiss before disappearing.
When I got home, I flopped on the couch in the living room next to Eleanor who was watching some home decorating show. She didn't bring up the airport, or the publicity stunt, or anything about the boys insead just looked at me, smiled, and continued watching her show.
There was a party tonight back home and I was debating on whether or not I should go. I had begun being a lot more in the spot light recently and management told me I had to "watch my image." Which basically meant, I couldn't go out and party unless I was with Niall. I didn't care though, I could be sneaky. I could still get drunk and high in more private settings and I could still sleep with Nathan, he wasn't going to tell anybody. Harry had obviously moved on with Melissa and Niall had moved on too and it wouldn't surprise me really if he slept with someone tonight.
It was about 9 pm and Eleanor was already asleep. She usually goes to bed really early now because she read somewhere that this was good for the baby. I had texted Nathan and told him I was coming over tonight. I grabbed my bag and tiptoed out of my bedroom slowly closing my door so it didn't make a loud noise. I proceeded to tiptoe to the front door and was just about to grab the handle when Eleanors voice filled the flat.
