she decided to take the girls' ideas and invited jonah over, eager to get rid of the awkward air.
when he arrived, he greeted her with a soft smile and a hug but they still felt so distanced from each other. who knew if they could ever recover from that?
"hey," she grinned.
"hi, what's up?"
"we need to talk," was all she said, her voice serious.
he nodded and cleared his throat nervously.
"ok so i just really wanna say that im sorry i made things awkward after we kissed. i panicked and i didnt know what to do but i like you and im hoping that since you kissed me back you like me too," the words came tumbling out before she could even register them.
he looked surprised and she worried that she might have gone too far. "i thought you didn't like me and that why you changed the subject so quickly." he said, chuckling lightly.
there really wasn't anything funny about the situation but he couldn't help but laugh.
"so... what you're saying is that you like me?" she asked, hopeful.
"well duh, c'mere!"
he quickly pulled her into a kiss and she could say with all her heart that it was definitely better then the first one. his hands were so soft against her cheek and she could hear his heartbeat, beating so loud. his lips molded against hers perfectly as if it was meant to be. and the kiss, oh the kiss was like the softest morning dew and as passionate as how she was about her writing. he held her gently, like she was glass and he was afraid she would slip from his palms at any given moment.
when they pulled away she couldn't help but chuckle after taking a few deep breaths that is. "well, that was definitely something."
he laughed, "so, does this mean you'll be my girlfriend?"
"yes."

lol my sister is scared of dogs cuz one time me, her and her friend were walking home and we saw a man walking his dog and my sister and her friend asked if they could pet the dog and a man said yes and when did pet the dog it started barking and was about to chase them at them and they ran away like it was so funny
i also just finished writing this book and im so sad cuz its the last book in the series :((
