It's been a cool 2 months since I've seen Melo and he comes back to chino soon. I recently got a job at foot locker and it's fun as fuck.

I'm at work as we speak. I leaned on the counter with Jazz. She and I have been getting a lot closer and she's cool. I talked about Juli to her and she is nothing like her.

"Do we even get days off?" Jazz said. "I don't know but that sounds so nice." I groan putting my head down. "Forreal." Jazz said turning around and smoking whatever she had.

I laughed and went in the back so I could go on my break. I was texting Melo and he's been ignoring me a lot lately.

I didn't think anything of it so. "Hey, girl! Some dude needs a size 12 in some forces." Jazz said peaking through the door.

"Damn that big ass foot. I got you." I get up and look for it. I found it and made sure it looked good.

I walked out. "He's behind the corner over there." Jazz said and I walked over opening the box and started talking.

"Size 12?" I asked looking up and my jaw drops. "Yeah." He smiled. "OH MY GOD!" I dropped the shoes and hugged him.

"I missed you!" I dragged the 'u' out. "Damn girl you're happy as fuck." Melo laughed. "I know because I haven't seen you in 2 months, babe." I smiled and he kissed me letting me down.

"But Ima needs that." He points to the shoes. "Oh shit yeah." I laughed picking it up and walking to the counter.

"Wheres Eli? Can you get Eli Jazz?" I asked because they had these tags I didn't know how to take off.

She goes and finds Eli. "When did you get here?" I asked Melo as he looked at me. "At like 8." He smiled.

"That's why you've been fuckin' with me." I laughed. "Had to make it special girl." He said kissing me and Eli came out.

"Tags?" He laughed. "Yes." I giggled and he takes them off. "Wus good Dip," Eli said doing a handshake with him.

"Wus good gang I haven't seen you in a minute." Melo laughed. "Cause I been out here ballin'," Eli said.

"1v1 soon," Melo said. "Bet. Aye, I'll catch you later." He said walking back. "You know him?" I asked scanning his shoes.

"Yeah, we played basketball ball together for a while." He said. "Mmm 90.36." I said putting them in a bag.

"Cheap." He laughed. "Nigga we know." I laughed and so did Jazz. "Im gone steal her now." Melo said walking behind the counter and grabbing my hand.

"I need my stuff first." I said and he nods and I went to go get my stuff. I put my keys over my head and walked out.

"Tell Christian im leaving early!" I said to Jazz as I walked out with Melo. "I got you!" Jazz yelled.

"How you been?" I asked Melo. "Im cool. I have a game soon again and I want you to go to it." Melo looks at me.

"Babe I don't have enough.." I looked down. "Im gone sneak you in." He laughed. "Word?" I laughed.
