Hope you like it. I tried my best.

What a beautiful sunset. Life is perfect. The boyfriend of my dreams and no worries. Haha, just kidding. Life sucks. Worst thing ever. I never heard of something that sucks more than that prostitute that lives down the street. Alison Grave thought to herself looking out her bedroom window out at the dark sky that struck strikes of lightning every three seconds. So fucking loud. She groaned as she turned her body back towards a picture of her and Ren Bond when they were in kindergarten. Both smiling and having a good time. He had gotten into a fight with some kids and was covered in bandages and bruises. She smiled. They used to hang out in elementary, but after that he became cool and she was just the opposite. They occasionally talk, but the other jocks would drag him away. I hate them. I hate everyone.
"Ali!! Ren's here!!!!" Her mother yelled from the other side of the house.
He's here?!? Omg, he's here! Why is he here?! Isn't it raining? She screamed in her head. She was in love with him, a lot.
"Send him up!" She replied at last. Soon after, footsteps ran up the stairs. She quickly freshened up everything and sat down.
"Knock, knock." He said as he knocked the wooden door and walked into the gray room, literally, the walls were painted a darker shade of gray. The stuff in the room was fit for a true tomboy-geek. He came and sat on the black rolly chair and rolled towards her. She was looking down into the book, reading and only heard the wheels on the wooden floor. "Aren't you gonna look at me?"
Play it cool. "Yeah, sorry. Why are you here?" Not cool, lame.
"Rude." He laughed.
"I didn't mean it like that. It's 'cause we hardly ever talk at school, especially since you're cool and everyone loves you, then there's me." She softly said.
"I know, but you're still my best friend. I mean we've known each other since kindergarten and now we are in our freshman year." He said. "Besides, I told you when we were being separated that we were gonna go somewhere today." Was he being serious? Dammit, I haven't showered yet. Should I do I do it I now? No. But I'm in my black sweat pants and my Sherlock Holmes hoodie.
"Can't. I need to shower."
"You look fine. We're gonna go see the new Sherlock movie, in the theater, where it's dark, and no one can see you. Also, it's raining hard so you won't be cold, like me." He said. She looked at him with the "are you serious?!" look. She was wanting to see that movie for a while now. "Yeah, come on. Let's get going." He said reading her expression and smiled at her excitement. She looked around for something, excited as he looked at her smiling. She found her shoes and put them on. Ready. Act natural. This is not a date. He's just trying to be a friend. She looked up at him and said, "Let's get going." He followed her out. Down the stairs and into the kitchen to tell her mother goodbye and that she won't get sick by the rain. She quickly grabbed her manly wallet and put in her 'pouch pocket'.
By the time they got outside, the rain had slowed down drastically. Ren picked up his black umbrella and placed inside. They walked to the bus stop and got on. The silence streak was broken when the bus stopped at the stoplight and a rock as big as a softball came hurtling through the window and past Ren's head. It lightly grazed the side.
"Are you okay?" Alison asked him, panicking.
"I'm fine. It doesn't hurt." He replied back, calmly. She wasn't listening. She went to the emergency first aid kit at the front of the bus and brought it back. She opened it and treated the wound. His face was red all over and he tried not to look at her in the eyes. When she was done, she sat down next to him, a bit distanced, and was quiet. Eventually, she took out her iPhone and started to read an article about Jack the Ripper. They finally arrived at the theater about seven minutes after the incident. Ren put on his blue hoodie to cover up the bandages wrapped around his combed, dirty blonde hair. They got off the bus and Ali's black hair flew across her face and over her crystal blue eyes. Ren grabbed her hair-tie and put her hair in a ponytail. Her bangs, swatting at her face. "Thanks." She laughed. He walked beside her and his hand "accidentally" touched hers.
"Sorry." He said not meaning it, but acting like he did.
"It's okay." She replied, turning red a little. They got in and the movie began. Alison watched the movie as Ren watched her, in the not creepy kinda way.
As soon as the movie was over, everyone scrambled out crushing each other. Ren grabbed Alison's hand and pushed through the tough crowd. The ground was mostly dry and the rain had let up. Ali looked up and saw a man with a sniper at the top of the theater building. What's his target? She looked at where it was pointed and it was at Ren!!! Why Ren?? I need to save him! She broke free from his grip and said, "I'll catch up to you later! I promise!" As she ran away.
"I get this bad feeling in my gut that something big is gonna happen." He whispered to himself. He wanted to chase after her, but some of his jock friends happened to be nearby and dragged him away, he lost sight of her and stopped struggling. Ali ran up the metal steps on the side of the building. Finally, she reached the top and slowly crept around and behind stuff. She was three feet away when the man dressed in black noticed he wasn't alone. It was now getting dark out. Ren was still in reach of the sniper's bullet. The man tried to shake off the feeling of someone else being there. He took a few steps back and aimed the sniper at Ren. He slowly pulled the trigger. At the same moment the trigger was pulled, Ali stood in front of the sniper, well she was about four feet away, but the bullet pierced through her chest and out the back, missing her internal organs, somehow. She screamed and fell backward. Her arms spread out, she fell unconscious. The man quickly ran out of there, cursing the whole way. Blood kept flowing out her body. Nobody was around anymore. After a while of lying on the ground, bleeding, it all stops. No more pulse. She had died. A glowing being showed up. A boy? Wait, if I said that then I'm okay, right?
"Nope, you're dead, but you ended up in a loophole." He said. Alison's spirit started to float around as she looked around. "Who are you and what are you talking about?" She asked the boy.
"The name's Collen. I'm your guardian angel. Follow me." He said grabbing her spirit's hand. The appeared in front a park bench, there sat a person. "It's Ren!" She said, loudly. "What's he doing here?"
"He's been here for a couple of hours. You saved his life, but you ended your own. Since you died for a selfless cause, you can be reincarnated as whatever ANIMAL you want, emphasis on animal, then when you die as an animal you will finish your life as a human." Collen explained.
"Panther chameleon." She said. "It's his favorite animal."
"Are you sure?"
"Very." She said, serious.
