Your POV:
A long few days of nothing but hanging out with billy, studying for my exams and going to school,
I'm just now coming home and I want to do nothing but throw myself on the bed. I walk in to an empty house,
mom and dad are probably at work, finally I get some peace. I put my coke can on the counter, bag on the floor,
and jacket on the hanger next to the front door. I lay down on the couch and grab the remote, see if theres
something interesting to watch, i go through the channels, dead and tired, thinking about what I'm going to do this
summer, when the school year ends, should I go somewhere, should I go somewhere with billy? or is it too early to
think about that, I should worry about my exams instead, well anyways I got too wrapped up in my thoughts, I'm just
looking for something good to watch, the discovery channel, some cartoons, lame movies, and
"a dead body of a police officer was found burnt in the woods, it's been comfirmed that the police officer was
murdered, the search is out for the murderers of officer charlie del..."
and there it was...I knew it would come to this point so why was I surprised, my heart stopped, and I could'nt
breathe. The only thing I felt was "Fuck. just fuck." I mean what the fuck do I even do in this situation
I pick up my phone and dial billy
...
"Billy turn on the news"
"hey you could say hello firs-"
"just turn on the fucking news"
"i cant turn on the news i'm not home"
"why? are you busy murdering someone? is'nt that what we are? just murderers huh-"
"woah calm down! I'm with sydney what happened"
"they found the body, they found the body and they're looking for us, they're looking for us billy-I-can you
please just make up an excuse and come to my place, I really need you billy"I say shaking
"ok baby dont worry, I'll be right there are you alone"
"yeah"
"ok i'm coming"

Knocking on the door, I open and its billy
"ok what happened?"
"what do you mean what happened I told you-"
"ok, ok, calm down baby. It's gonna be alright, they don't know it's us, I mean millions of serial killers deal
with this, and millions of them never even get caught"
"this isnt a movie billy, and we're not serial killers, we killed some random man in the woods and burnt his
body. It wasnt a planned out murder scene it was some random guy who they have the body of, and they can
find our DNA, evidence, everything, and we're highschool kids afterall

'ok, the only possible solution to this I can think of right now is to run away, and i really dont wanna do that"
Billy tells me
"why not?"
"Because I have things I wanna do, and we started this we can't just run away now, they dont even know that it's us,
whats there to worry about"
he tells me, leaning close to me, I can see the hope in his face that I will agree
I laugh hoplessly "whats there to worry about? that they will find out, and we both know it is not tht hard"

"And running away right after a reported murder is not suspiscious..." He has a point
"My car will be ready if the police come, I'll tell stu and he'll have our back, but you don't worry about a thing"
god, how can a person have the ability to calm you down and make you forget everything that worries you, even if that is being
hunted down by the police, which we arent but probably will be soon, but if I do get caught and go to jail, it'll be worth it
knowing I have billy by my side.
