chapter 5~𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞.~

That night Shireen got a weird message from an anonymous number, she had totally forgotten that she made plans with two people at the same time.

Well..... the last one wasn't planned it just happened. The text read:

"you never came."

Shireen didn't know how to respond. She subconsciously knew who it was but didn't want to admit it to herself nor anyone else for that matter.

She instead responded with an:
"Hello, who is this? "

"You know who you're talking to just admit it Shireen."
Shireen responded with:
"how did you even get my number!?!"

"I- pulled some strings"

the person responded with."

"I saw u sitting at Jitters with Becky this afternoon and i thought we had a deal, to meet there this afternoon too."

With that statement, Shireen came to the realization.

"oh, shit I totally forgot"

Shireen looked at her cat Adrien with utter disappointment.

"what do I do Adrien ?" she started, but then got another text from Zunda.

"To make it up to me would you like to join me now at a Mexican restaurant. Since you still owe me, you have to."

Shireen could feel Zunda's smirk from miles away. That made Shireen blush a bit, but quickly let go of the feeling.

Zunda texted
"I will pick you up, but I will need your address first if you're up for it."
Zunda waited in anticipation for Shireen's response.
To her surprise, Shireen texted with

"sure and gave her the address"

This was a surprise to zunda, considering that she barely knew Shireen and was taking a risk asking her out. At that moment Zunda knew what she had to do to impress Shireen.

Shireen took a quick shower and carefully looked at her clothing, picking the absolute best she had. The time came to pick up Shireen.

Zunda was nervous only because she had bigger plans then only going to the restaurant. Shireen was standing on her front porch and waiting for Zunda to arrive when she saw a red and shiny motorcycle coming her way.

Shireen was in utter shock, surprised to be the least, even worse when she heard Zunda say
"hop on."

Zunda could see the surprised look on Shireen's face and had a smug look on her face knowing that she made a huge impression on Shireen.

"woah, you have a very nice motorcycle" Shireen said.

She instantly hopped on the motorcycle. "glad u like it mi amor." Zunda said with confidence knowing that it would make Shireen blush instantly.

Redness spreading across Shireen's face.

"That's really attractive" Shireen said to herself.

"aaaaaah I see, you like Spanish?" She said teasing Shireen a bit.
"shit did I say that out loud?!?!" Shireen loudly whispered with a face of utter shock.

The ride was silent just because Shireen was embarrassed by the situation she was in not long ago. As soon as they got to the restaurant Shireen could instantly smell different spices filling her nose which made the experience a lot better.

They walked in and got a seat in front of the restaurant. Zunda pulled one of the chairs out for Shireen. Shireen took the seat with a thankful smile on her face.
