Digital Love - Texting story

A/N: I'm back! Sorry for the small break.
I'm currently working on 3 different stories, so I simply can't channel all my focus into this story alone. But don't worry, I'll keep updating as often as I can!

*September 24 - Monday - 8:47am*

Ash's POV
Monday morning I woke up alone, in Hailee's bed. I looked around the room confused, wondering where the heck Hailee was.

I got out of bed and got dressed as quickly as I possibly could, before exiting the bedroom and going downstairs. I could hear Hailee's angelic voice coming from the kitchen, so I made my way into said room, seeing her standing at the stove, cooking and singing along to the radio.

"Hey, Haizy." I said, causing her to jump slightly, before turning towards me with a smile.

"Hi, babygirl." She replied and came over to me, giving me a sweet little kiss.

"I missed you in bed, this morning." I said with a pout, making her giggle a little before reconnecting our lips in another kiss.

"Sorry, sweetie, my parents suddenly had to go visit my grandparents, so I had to go say goodbye.. then I felt like making breakfast." Hailee explained with a soft smile, making me smile as well.

"It's okay.. how long are they going to be away for?" I asked, as Hailee went back to the stove.

"A couple of days.. and Griffin has gone visiting a friend.. so we have the house to ourselves for a few days." Haiz replied, while putting the food on a couple of plates.

After eating breakfast, we just sat around chatting for a little while, before deciding on going into the living room.

We flopped down on the couch, quickly cuddling close together, just enjoying the feeling of holding each other close.

"I could stay like this forever." Hailee said, running her fingers through my hair softly, making me sigh softly at the wonderful feeling.

"Me too.. I wish I could just stay here in LA forever." I replied in a mumble, since my face was buried in her shirt.

"Maybe someday you can.." she said softly, making me take my head off her chest to look at her.

"Yeah.. but not yet.. I'm not quite ready to move away from home.. I'm still just seventeen." I said with a small smile.

"That's why I said someday." She replied and gave me a small wink, causing me to blush slightly.
Oh my goodness, the effect that this woman has on me...

The rest of the day went by with loads of cuddles and kisses, before we eventually went to bed, where we of course cuddled even more.

"Goodnight, babe, I love you." Hailee said tiredly, nuzzling her face into my neck.

"I love you too, sleep tight, Hailee-boo." I replied and kissed the top of her head, causing her to let out a giggle, probably at the nickname.

Soon enough, I felt Hailee's breathing change, indicating that she had fallen asleep. Not long after, I felt sleep slowly take over my own body as well.
