Ignore the mistakes!

"I like you too, Jungkook. Since high school." Taehyung mumbled after a while, having his eyes locked with Jungkook while remaining in their same position.

"What? I mean, why did you never told me then. I never did because I thought it may harm our friendship or might make things awkward between us." Jungkook tightened his hold on the blond's waist as he desperately asked for answers.

Taehyung cupped Jungkook's jaw with both of his hands while his legs were now loosely draped over the ravenette, he smiled his infamous boxy smile before making a move.

Taehyung leaned in towards Jungkook and softly pressed his lips on the latter's cheek and left it there to linger for a while. Jungkook's breath hitched when he saw the blond leaning towards him but his whole body froze the moment he felt Taehyung's lips on his hot skin.

"Because of your mom." Taehyung whispered softly, his lips slightly brushing on Jungkook's skin as he said those words.

The blond again pressed a small little kiss on Jungkook's cheek before pulling himself back to his previous position. He only smiled internally seeing all the blood rise up towards the ravenette's face.

"My mom? How? Don't tell me she harmed you or something." Jungkook was flabbergasted for a while but he couldn't help but think about the things that his mother could do to harm the blond.

"She didn't harm me, not physically atleast, but mentally she did." Taehyung's lips curled upwards from one side as he recalled the bitter past.

"What do you mean?" Jungkook was totally oblivious to everything that happened between his mom and Taehyung, the curiosity was surely killing him.

"I guess, today is the day when I will tell you everything." Taehyung sighed, his fingers mindlessly playing with the raven locks of the male he was sitting on.

"Remember the day when we played our football finals and I said that I had something very important to tell you. I even said that you might be confused or angry but I still want to tell you." Taehyung tried making Jungkook to recall about the time that he was talking about.

Jungkook thought for a minute or so with frowned eyebrows before he suddenly nodded his head as soon as he recalled that very particular day which Taehyung was talking about.

"We decided that I'll tell you once we reach your house. Though after reaching there, you whined about taking a bath first before listening to me. Seemingly, you were too tired after playing." The blond rolled his eyes playfully, chuckled reminiscing the childish behavior of Jungkook whose cheeks got dusted in red color due to embarrassment.

"But you never told me what you wanted to! After washing up, you were sitting in the living room with my mom. Then you just said that you forgot what you wanted to say and left the house. I even asked you about this the whole week but you kept ignoring it and said you forgot." Jungkook huffed at the end and looked up to see Taehyung, the blond was looking at him with eyes that was speaking something.

"How can you forgot something when it was so important? I knew you were lying." Jungkook said out like a five year kid who was angry for not getting his treats.

"Indeed I was lying." Taehyung said with a shrug of shoulders.

"Why did you─wait...you were seating with my mom after I came from the shower and then you just...left without telling me anything?" Jungkook's brows was frowned, as if he was in a deep thought, connecting each dots together before his face turned into a horrified expression while looking at the blond.
