Dealing with failure is one of the hardest tasks that we, as humans, have to deal with. Failing is a normal hurdle of life, its a wake up call from mother nature, who clearly tells us(in a not so loving way) we need to get up and try harder.

I know after a knock back its hard to get back on your feet, its hard to get up and look at yourself and smile because you are content. And that's because most of the time your not but thats okay! To be a totally sane normal being (or close to it) you will sometimes not to be okay! But its how we deal with not being okay is the hard part, it's something we have to learn and deal with.To love ourselves even when we fall.

Loving yourself is the first step in bringing back that determination, confidence and motivation you need to succeed. The most vital in loving yourself is to be brutally honest. Ask yourself: did I really take as much time as i should have to sit down and work things through till it was second nature or did I do a couple of pastpapers and mind maps; did i really make a huge effort to find out about the other person, to spark an interest, or did i speak about my cats again; you have to realise your flaws (by yourself) in order to make the changes. After you find out where you went wrong you have a choice.

First how much do you want this. Rate your choice on a scale of 1-10. Choose 10 if you couldn't want anything more.

If you scored less than 5 then it's s not worth it you don't have the motivation and this doesn't matter to you enough to change your ways maybe this isn't the right choice for you at this time. Forget it and work towards something that is closer to your heart.

If more than 5 then you have the motivation and you need to believe that this is a possible and achievable goal! You have to work hard to improve. This however it's easier said than done. Just use the motivation of the results, what you can achieve, being worth the blood sweat and tears. Just imagine the satisfaction of when you are getting your results, getting that second date and you have achieved success.

Anything is possible, when you work hard and have a positive mindset. Believe in yourself and you are amazing.

Little bit of a motivation speech as its coming to exam time in sunny Scotland, where i live, and everyones feeling a bit down and stressed. So yeah hope you like it!
