Chloe's Backstory -

TW: Mentions abuse

When Chloe was born her dad left because he couldn't handle the responsibility of having a child so she was alone with her mom but when she was 14 her mother remarried to a man named Mike Davidson he had one son named George. Mike Davidson was amazing with her mother he made her happy so she was happy. He was really nice to Chloe too except when he was drunk because when he was drunk he'd abuse her but a few times he'd abuse her when he wasn't drunk because she didn't make as much money streaming as when George would stream, she had multiple guy friends which he thought she was sleeping with, she got bad grades in school, and he didn't get to choose to have her he had to have her because he was with her mother.

TW: Over (whenever I put this it means it's done talking about the last TW I had put)

--- Flashback 2 years later ---

(if you don't get it it's 2 years later after Chloe's mom got married to Mike and also the book will be taking place when she's 17 so that's why its a flashback and in this flashback, she would be 16)

Chloe's pov - 

TW: Mentions of a car crash and death 

I was in class doing some homework when the teacher got a call. I looked over at the phone and then went back to doing my homework. 

(A/N doesn't everyone look at the phone and then go back to doing whatever they were doing or is it just me?? Also, this is how I'm gonna put random shit or what I think of things like what's happening in the book)

The teacher got off the phone and then came over to me and said "Chloe you have to go to the office your Father and brother are here to pick you up." I said "ok." and packed up my things and walked to the office while walking I was wondering why they were here to pick me up.

(A/N last time I went to the office because someone picked me up it was because my papa had cancer and we had to take him off the breathing thing cuz that was the only thing keeping him alive... :< oOp- )

I got to the office and saw my step-dad sniffling and George full-on crying. "What's going on??" I said in a scared tone. Mike said, "Your mother is gone..."

(A/N Mike did actually care for Chloe's mother and is sometimes nice to Chloe just so you know :P )

I was on the verge of tears when asking "W-what happened to mom..." Mike said, "She was in a c-car accident..." 

"This can't be happening!!" I said and then proceeded to have a breakdown. George came over to me and hugged me and kept whispering in my ear that it'd be okay. "We have to go home kids let's go." Mike said while still sniffling. We walked to the car and just sat in silence while Mike took us home.

TW: Mention of abuse, self-harm, ED, wanting to commit suicide, and self-hatred (maybe idrk :< )

Ever since that day which was about 1 year ago, Mike has been drinking almost every day and abusing me almost every day because I always seem to do something that upsets him whether it's that I didn't make as much money as George during streaming or I forgot to do the dishes. 

I always have to put makeup over my bruises because I can't let anyone see them. I also have to wear long sleeves because I self-harm because I feel useless and fat. I get abused by my stepdad and I do nothing about it when I could and I have no purpose in life other than waste my days playing Minecraft and talking to my brother or doing useless school work that'll I won't need in the real world. I have an ED my stepdad doesn't help me with that he makes it worse he always calls me fat. I barely eat and if I do eat I always try to throw it up. George is always trying to help me but it doesn't always work. He tries to help me with my ED he makes sure I eat and makes sure I don't throw it up. 

George is the best brother ever that's why he's my favorite person in the world. I know so many people but the only person that's keeping me from killing myself is George if he wasn't here with me I'd be gone from this world.

TW: Over

George and I are both streamers he has about 4.2M followers on Twitch and I have about 50 followers I'm a faceless streamer and George isn't. George has about 9.3M subscribers on youtube and I actually have 27k subscribers on youtube but I just don't give my twitch for some odd reason and no one has found it really either.

Whenever George streams he texts me. He hadn't texted me yet so I assumed he wasn't streaming and I needed to go grocery shopping because Mike wasn't gonna do that because as usual, he was drunk.

I just walked into George's room and said "George I'm going to the-" 

"CHLOE I'M STREAMING!!!" he said in a panicked voice.
