Chapter Thirteen

Izuku's POV~

As I was a sleep I felt someone shaking me awake and I slowly started waking up. And I saw my dad with a serious face so I stood up and asked what happened. "Izuku we need to run theg found us" with this said I immediately stood up and followed my dad.

They were harshly banging on the door. As I froze looking at the door as my dad pulled me along to a hatch he had build in his study room. He passed me a backpack and told me to go in first I was skeptical to go at first but he reassured me he will be right behind me. So I began to crawl through this dark hatch until I heard the door they were once banging on fully collapse. So I start to speed up so I can make it to the end while approaching to the end I heard something else and this time it sounded like a gun shot. I reached the end and open the other hatch as I step out and see I'm at a beach and not a clean one at that.

Suddenly I remember the gun shotand start to worry as I look into the hatch to see if I could catch a glimpse of my dad. I've waited and I see something approaching. I step back so that they have space and I seemy dad coming out of the tunnel. And starts closing the hatch ge walks to me looking a little pale "come Izuku let's continue." I began to worry as he slowly walks "hey dad are you ok" ge slowly turns around and smiles yeah i'm fine. He leads me to a alleyway and tells me to stay hidden behind the dumpster "I'm gonna make a quick phone call ok Izuku."

So I stayed but I couldn't shake this uneasy feeling I was having so i decided to scan my dad to see if anything was abnormal. As I started to zoom in he seems to be in a very serious conversation. He also looked like he was in intense pain so I quickly began my scanning process.

As I look at the results i found that my dad had took a shot to his upper arm anf this is really problematic since theirs a important artery here is one artery in the upper arm Brachial Artery: This artery begins under the pectoralis muscle and travels down the arm. It eventually splits into two arteries. This could cause extreme blood loss which could lead to death.

As I finished reading I notice that my dad started walking back towards me looking more pale then ever. "Dad why didn't you tell me.. we need ti get you to a hospital... h-how are you not bleeding out."

"Izuku calm down right now my main priority is your safety. I know I need to be attended on but not right now. I sealed my wound with a metal scrap I found in the tunnel using my fire breath to help." He said all of this with a shaky breath which extremely worried me "DAD YOU CAN GET AN INFECTION" at this point I was extremely upset why... that was the only then on my mind ... why

why was he risking his life to make sure I was safe. At this point water started leaking from my eyes making it hard to see clearly as my heartache.

"Why..." he look confused but then soon smiled and said "your my son Izuku and I love you." With those words I broke down even more. He slowly made his way towards me and hugged me gently I heard as he hissed in pain from hug but I also noticed he was cold. I backed away as my dad slowly started to lean over and I reached out to catch him. As i slowly lay him on the floor "d-don't worry d-dad I'll call for help." As I started reaching for his cellphone someone voice echoed through the alley way.

???: "Hello who's there."

(I know I haven't uploaded recently and that beacuse my and my family have been moving into a new apartment. Since our old apartment wasn't safe but I'm back and I'll try to upload more for my readers 😊✌ have a great day.)
