A day after, the plan was canceled since the Aespa girls refused to go. Both you and Karina thought they were not on a mood so you two shrugged it away.

You closed your phone and stood up from the couch. Karina wasn't at home. She have some photoshoots again with Kai just like the last time. Now you knew the reason why she's with Kai before.

You went to the kitchen and cooked some stuffs before going out, ringing aespa's door bell.

"Wait a minute!" You heard Ning Ning. When she opened the door, she smiled as she let you in. "Welcome! You coming here again, huh?" You gave her the foods you cooked and sat on their couch beside someone who has a blanket covering their entire body. "Aeri's ban is lifted so... where is she?" You asked Ning who's arranging the foods into another plate.

"I don't know, I came from the balcony when you knocked" you looked at the person sitting beside you. You can see a little light from the thin blanket.

"Aeri" you called but the person didn't moved. "Yah, Uchinaga" you removed the blanket revealing an annoyed Minjeong instead of Giselle. She pulled the blanket back and ignored you once again.

"Maybe she's on our room" Ning told you. You sighed as you got up. "Minjeong, you ignore me now?" You looked at her. She didn't respond nor move. "What made you hate me or something?" You asked once again but still nothing. You gave up and finally went to the girls' bedroom

On one of the top bunk, another person inside of a blanket lays. You know it's Giselle now. You silently went closer to the bunk and placed your head closer to hers.

"Aeri-yah"

Her body jumped a bit. You smiled at her cute reaction. "Mwoya?" You asked her but no response just like Minjeong. "Dont ignore me" you pulled the blanket over and then the next thing you felt was your face getting kicked. It wasn't her head you're facing, it was her feet.

"Yah! Why did you kicked me?!"

"You disturbed me from my sleep!"

"Your eyes don't look like you slept?!" She glared at you before pulling her blanket to cover her again. "Yah, Aeri" you climbed up the bed and lay down beside her. You hugged her side that made her feel uneasy.

Giselle's POV

What is she doing?

I tried to take off her hand but she hold on tight. "Why are you ignoring me?" She asked just behind my ears that made me shiver. "Uhh, I'm not?" I lied. "You are, the Giselle I know should be hugging me back right now"

"You're on a relationship, Y/n. It's different now" I pinched her arm but she still doesn't want to let go. "But you're my bestfriend" sure, bestfriend. Just friend. "So what? That'll be weird for Karina" I successful took off her arm and sat on the corner, my back on the wall.

"It's not like I'm going to replace her with you, besides, she knows you're my bestfriend" I'm starting to hate the 'bestfriend' word. Oh Y/n, if you know what I feel.

"No, Y/n. You don't understand" she looked at me confused. "You don't know the feeling of being jealous" she looked away from my eyes. It looks like she remembered something.

"You don't want to lose your first love, right? Then act right" she remained silent for the meant time and it's getting uncomfortable. I took out my phone and pretend that I'm scrolling through sns.

"I'll go now then" I gave her a nod and she went off the bed. I stared at her back until she went out of the room. She told me before that Karina was her first crush and it turned into love.

I badly want to turn back time and confess first than Karina. It hurts me when I see them. It's just, it's not right.

"I'm home!" I heard Karina in the living room shout. "Y/n unnie was here earlier!" Another shout, from Ningning obvious, was heard. Was here?

"She went home just now, she brought some food"

"Ah, I'll go to her dorm later. Where are the others?"

"Minjeong on the couch, Giselle on the bedroom" Karina unnie entered the room and we stared at each other. She broke off fast and went to the other bed across me.

"Did you and Y/n talked already?" I shook my head.

"You know, your ban is lifted. You should talk to her. She misses you" I gulped before looking away from Karina. "What did she do here earlier?" She asked.

"Nothing, just... brought some food"

"Go to her dorm now, talk to her" Karina lay on her bed. "I'll go there later, entertain her first. She asks about you lately" I looked at her. Is she serious? She's not jealous when Y/n asks about me?

"Why will it be not okay? You're her bestfriend" she smiled at me.
