"Yes Mrs. Ver ?"
"Right, so- Wait where's Toby ?"
"Here."
Tubbo said, coming in through the door while still carrying his skateboard. Surprisingly, compared to his attitude, he's a lot smaller compared to me. Alright, well not that I'm saying his attitude is bad, you know what I mean.
'Ranboo you'll be showing Toby around since you have classes together through-out the semester."
'The whole semester ?"
I asked stuttering and not being able to speak clearly
"Got a problem with that ?"
Tubbo said, looking up to see my face. An eyebrow rose, just barely.
"No, I've never spent a whole semester with just a specific person"
I say being nervous. I didn't mean it in a bad way.
"You use a lot of big words"
Tubbo said, rolling his eyes then got out of the room leaving the teacher and I confused. I followed him out of the room to catch up with him. He was chewing bubblegum with his earphones in. I tapped his shoulders
"Yeah ?"
"Well-"
"Teachers are so annoying. I literally told her to call me Tubbo, instead she calls me my name. I hate my name"
"Oh... why ?"
"I don't know. I hate the idea of using a name my parents gave me. Yet, I use a name similar to it."
He looks annoyed with himself. I'm not sure what to say to make him feel better.
"Well... at least it has it's originality"
He looks up to me again and gave me the warmest smile. It a smile I've never seen before. I got flustered, trying to change the topic incase he noticed
"Do you want me to..."
"Hm ? Oh yeah, come on, show me around"
I nodded as I led him to classes, offices, bathrooms and the cafeteria
"Field ? Park ? Swimming pool ?"
"Off-limits after school ends. I can show you any other day tomorrow in the morning ?"
"Ah... Too bad. I think I got it. I don't want to wake up too early tomorrow."
I shrug. Suddenly I became interested in his song choices.
"If you don't mind... What're you listening too ?"
"Your new boyfriend, from Wilbur Soot"
"Ooh I love him ! I listen to his band too"
"Really ? Thank god. I've never seen anyone like him or his band. If I'm going to get stuck with someone, I want that someone to like what I like. What's your name again ? Ranboo if I'm not mistaken ?"
