CHAPTER 2

Hugo's POV
Today was so hot. I could barely breath. I was going to school on walk lile any other day.

I thought of the events yesterday. Damn i can't believe i did that.

I was walking towards the school when some idiot bumped into me.
The person was short, reaching to my chest, so short.

"Im sorry i wasn't loo-" the girl spoke and when i look down who it was, i was met with beautiful blue-gray eyes. I realized it was Sofia.

We quickly pulled away from each other.

"What were you're going clutz!" i said embarrassed by how she bumped into me.

"I said i was sorry geez."

"Also why were you running? School doesn't start in least 20 minutes." i asked curiously.

"I was looking for my sister, i needed her to give me her notes. Why am i telling you this? Why should you care?" she asked kinda annoyed she ramble on something to me.

"I don't know, you tell me princess. You started talking on your own." i smirked at her.

She blushed by what i said probably in embarrassment.

"W-whatever. Also the next visit is on Thursday. I go every Tuesday and Thursday." i just made a nod with my head in understanding what is she saying.

Well i usually go only on Tuesdays and sometimes only on weekdays but that's it. I have to study at home, my father will be disappointed in me if i got any grade lower than A. Even B is low for him.

(A/N: Yesterday was Tuesday, today is Wednesday, so they're going tomorrow again.)

I wish he could be proud of me just once.

Sofia and me parted ways and went out separate ways. I went to my classroom, took a seat and some girls from my class came around my table to talk to me.

Im considered popular, but i only have some friends because i know they like me as i am not some rich popular straight A student.

"Well hello there ladies." i smiled sweetly at them. I can't be rude to them since that could ruin my reputation than something worse can happen later than the teachers can hate me and then my father would be TOTALLY disappointed in me. Would he disown me?! Maybe, not for sure, better nit play my luck.

"Hi Hugo. You look very handsome today." girl 1 said, i can't remeber her name.

"This shirt looks great on you." the other said while clinging on my right arm. So disgusting.

"Why thank you. I try my best to look good." i said with a fake smile.

The girls just randomly giggled. What is so funny?

The bell rang signaling meaning clas started. Our teacher just got in and started a lesson right away.
I was so thankful, he got the girls away from me.

After school i went home, i couldn't stay out  since yesterday i came too late home in his opinion. I sighed. Im too tired to go straight study or doing homework. My brother isn't home so its not so fun without him.

Axel is currently on a business trip, he's supposed to be back next week.

Me and my brother have so much fun together, i feel like we're so little when we're together, nothing matters in the whole world, he's like my favorite person in the world. Sure i hate when he (still) calls me baby bro but we're so close which is unusual for siblings relationship.

Anyway, once i got to the door, butler opened it for me "Welcome back young master." he says to me as always.

Yes we have a fucking butler because we live in a manor. Actually my dad does.i consider this his money and his place and not together.

I went up the stairs to my room, but my father halted me in my tracks. I heard him shouting my name from his room. I sighed before i turned around and went towards his room.

"Good evening father." i greeted him.

"Hello Hugo, how was school today? Did you get any new grade?"

I knew if didn't tell him my grade he would somehow find out himself and later on that didn't end well, so i always tell him.

"No father." i said with my plain face, not giving any emotions. I never show my emotions to him.

He got up and went towards me, i felt a shiver going down my spine even though he didn't even touch me. It was enough for him getting so close. I tried and succeeded to remain my posture.

"You wouldn't be lying to me, would you?"

"No father."

"Alright." he said unsure but let it go.

"I heard you're still hanging out with those stupid boys at your school. You should find someone more better, someone that suites your status." we Hughes, as my father loved to think, we were above everyone, all mighty and powerfull.

"They're my friends."

"Friends. Don't make me laugh." he said with a 'tsc' sound.

I stayed silent, i didn't know what to say.

"Oh! Axel called." i beamed at this.

"What did he say?" i say excitedly.

"He's coming soon. Less than a week."

I nodded.

"Now you should go study."

"Yes father." i bid my goodbyes, before i went out i asked him. "Can i visit grandma a little more? Like only on Tuesday and Thursday, she asked me if i can ask you that."

"Oh she said that?"

"Yeah."

"Well i guess it's alright but if you get a grade lower than A just you wait." he pointed towards me with his finger in a warning manner.

I nodded and quickly went out. I sighed that nothing happened today.
Also i can't wait to see granny and maybe... No. I must be going insane.

I jumped on my bed and sighed deeply." So tired." i got lost in thought how am i break up in front of grandma since that lie was really thought on spot. I could've made uo something better but no.

I better tell her like after a few weeks so she can enjoy Sofia, it seems she really likes her. I mean she's really annoying, acting all smarty and know-it-all, also she has this really nice ey- what no she doesn't.

As i was saying or thinking, my point is what so speacial about her?

Just then i heard my phone ring. I saw that Sofia is calling me. I groaned beforw i answer.

"What do you want?" i snarky answered her.

"We have a small problem?"

"And that is?" i wonder how small of a problem cou- i got cut off thinking by her next choice of words.

"My brother kinda find out we're dating but doesn't know its fake."

"WHAT?!"

Heyy guys! Wassup? Hope you like this new chp with a cliffhanger.

Just to be clear, most of the chp will be in Hugo's POV, maybe a few by Sofia but more in Hugo.
Next chp will be Sofia like her story and all, mostly from start but a lot of time skips.
