The next morning, Jeongguk and Taehyung woke up bright and early at the time they needed to. And Taehyung felt good, he felt lighter, and happier he was slightly tipsy last night and he was pretty sure Jeongguk was too. But it was nice that they had finally cleared the air and were open to each other. Taehyung really liked speaking to Jeongguk, funnily enough he felt like he could speak to him all day.
After changing and getting ready for breakfast, Jeongguk waved at Taehyung after they got their food and went to sit next to their separate friends. Taehyung happily sat next to Yoongi and Yoongi's brows furrowed. "Okay, who are you and where's my Taehyung?" Yoongi thought as Taehyung furrowed his brows while smiling and taking a fork of egg. "What?"
"You, why do you seem so happy and glowy for once." Yoongi asked, his face disgusted as Taehyung's eyes widened at his best friend. "So let me get this straight, you're mad at me because I look... happy and glowy?" Taehyung asked him. "Do you know how rude that sounds Yoongi?."
"Well it's not my fault, M'not used to this... who did this to you?—"
"No-one." Taehyung tutted as he sipped some orange juice in a plastic cup. "M'just... having a good day today, okay?" Taehyung said to him as Yoongi looked at him still with a rather sceptical face. "Yeah okay."
...
"You didn't take drugs this morning did you—"
"Yoongi stop." Taehyung said squinting his eyes at his best friend as Yoongi gestured sorry and looked elsewhere while eating his own plate of eggs.

It was now time for the study session, so Jeongguk went over to Taehyung who was now setting down his pencil case and paper sheets on the table. "Hi there." Jeongguk said to him. "Hello." Taehyung said shyly as Jeongguk sat beside him.
It was weird. Because Taehyung was so used to hating Jeongguk, now that they solved everything he couldn't help but feel... shy?
No matter what Jeongguk did, Taehyung's cheeks just wanted to flush red and his skin would go warmer and warmer. Jeongguk could do the most simplest of gestures too, like look in his eyes, laugh with that insane bunny smile of his. Just all these little things made him shy and he had no idea why.
"Alright so." Jeongguk claps, as he picked up Taehyung's sheet of paper. "Let's see how well you did so far, then we can go on and see what you didn't understand." Jeongguk explained. Taehyung nodded his head as he looked at Jeongguk who focused on the paper in front of him, his face all serious and furrowed. Taehyung's cheeks flushed red as he glanced at the paper.
He hoped he didn't get too many wrong, to be fair he did try his best. "Wow Taehyung, you actually did pretty good considering you had zero help... I mean you skipped a good seven questions but we can go through them together." Jeongguk said to him as Taehyung nodded his head. "Yeah okay." Taehyung said as he took out a hb pencil. Taehyung then noticed Jeongguk lick his lips, and Taehyung's brows bushed a little when he noticed something metal on it.
"Holy crap do you have a tongue piercing?" Taehyung wondered, eyes-widening that Jeongguk of all people had that. "Yeah, I always wanted to get piercings but I couldn't get any on my ears or my brows, which is initially what I wanted 'cause my parents are strict." Jeongguk explained. Taehyung's mouth shaped as an 'o' as he listened to him.
"Ah, so a discreet piercing. And your parents haven't noticed it?" Taehyung wondered. "Nope, and I've had it for over a year, m'good at hiding my tongue." Jeongguk explained as Taehyung listened attentively as he tapped the hb pencil on the table. "So you wanna be a rockstar? Or emo?"
