Chapter 6: Another Deviant to Hunt

-No One's P.O.V-

After you have finished eating your lunch, you and Mihono Bourbon went to where the Deviant's location. 

Once you got there, you and Bourbon see Hank and Connor as well who coincidentally arrived as well.

(Y/N): Well, this is a coincidence.

Hank: How awkward. Anyways, is this the location of where the Deviant is?

Hank asked Connor.

Connor: Yes, it's this location.

Bourbon: Let's get going then.

Eventually, the four of you headed inside the hotel and got into the elevator while Mihono Bourbon and Connor did a file report to Cyberlife.

-Mini Time Skip-

Once the four of you arrived at the floor using the elevator as you and Hank exited out of the elevator and noticed that Bourbon and Connor were still filing the report to Cyberlife.

Hank: Connor! Bourbon! You two ran outta batteries or what?

Bourbon: My apologies, we were just making a report to Cyberlife.

(Y/N): So uh...you done?

Connor: Yes.

Connor replied nonchalantly as you and Hank sweatdropped.

Hank: Well, get a move on then.

Bourbon: Affirmative.

Both Connor and Mihono Bourbon exited out of the elevator while you and Hank took the lead.

(Y/N): So, what do we know about the Deviant?

You asked curiously.

Connor: Not much. Just that a neighbor reported that he heard strange noises coming from this floor. Nobody's supposed to be living here, but the neighbor said he saw a man hiding an L.E.D under his cap.

Hank: Oh Christ, if we have to investigate every time someone hears a strange noise, we're gonna need more cops. Hey, were you really making a report back there in the elevator? Just by closing your eyes?

Bourbon: Yes.

Hank: Shit...Wish I could do that...

So right now, the four of you were now at the door to where the Deviant was as you began knocking on the door.

(Y/N): Hello? Anybody home? This is Detroit Police!

You yelled out, but the four of you heard noises through the door.

Hank: Stay behind us.

Bourbon: Understood.

Both Bourbon and Connor stepped back as you and Hank drew out your guns before kicking the door open. 

You and Hank kicked the door open again, which in front of you two, unleashed a flock of pigeons.

Hank: What the fuck is this?! Jesus, this place stinks...Uh, looks like we came for nothing, our man's gone...

(Y/N): No, he's gotta be here somewhere. I doubt he escapes somewhere.

You stated as the four of you started investigating the room.

Bourbon then looks at the UFD poster on the wall as she notices there was a huge crack behind the wall. Bourbon tears the poster down and sees a diary on the cracked hole.

(Y/N): Hey, what's that?

Bourbon picks up the diary and opens it, revealing the pages to be indecipherable words.
